Yes, Vel Tech offers a four-year BTech and a three-year BTech (Lateral Entry) course. These courses are offered across 15 specialisations and further other sub-specialisations. Students who are willing to get admission to this course are required to pass Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu or its equivalent as the minimum eligibility criteria. For admission to the five-year integrated course of BCom LLB at Vel Tech, there is a selection process that includes fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place and next qualifying for the respective entrance exam. The minimum eligibility criteria for this course is to pass Class 12 with respective subjects from a recognised board. Admission to BCom LLB is entrance-based. Aspirants need to qualify for either CLAT or LSAT. Both exams are popular for admission to Law courses.

Vel Tech University offers direct admission to the third year For admission to the BTech Lateral Entry course, there is minimum eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled before applying for the course. Those who are interested to apply for this course must pass Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu or its equivalent. As there is no entrance exam required for admission, students will be selected based on their merit performance in the previous qualifying exam.

VITEEE application form will be released online. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the VIT application form before the final date. While filling the application form, the students have to fill the required details and upload their photograph and signature. The fee also has to be paid online.
