In order to get admission to BTech, students can get admission through both merit and entrance-based. Aspirants need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place, which is to pass Class 12 with 60% aggregate in the respective subjects or equivalent from any recognised board. Students who get less than 60% aggregate in their previous qualifying exams must qualify for VTUEEE. While those who get more than 60% aggregate will get can direct admission based on their merit performance in their previous qualifying exam. Vel Tech University offers direct admission to the third year For admission to the BTech Lateral Entry course, there is minimum eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled before applying for the course.
