VIT University, Vellore offers PhD at the doctoral level. The programme is offered under Internal (Full-Time), Internal (Part-Time) & External (Part-Time) modes. Usually, students can appear for VITREE, conducted by the VIT Vellore to secure admission to the PhD programme. The university offers PhD in several streams, such as Science, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Fashion Technology and Management.

Placements: This paper aims to define the educational programme and determine the importance of Vellore Institute of Technology as one of the most reputable colleges located in Tamil Nadu. There are many job placement opportunities, and students can find well-paid jobs by using the facilities provided by this university. It has the following impressive placement yearly records. The maximum salary offered is 25 Lacs per annum, and the average salary offered is around 7.5 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: We can say that we have much better facilities in our college than some other developing countries. As for facilities, it has rooms for teaching, laboratories, and a library. All facilities are well-maintained. Different hostels are present in this college; many of them are all-inclusive for the students. It is true that the type of food they eat in the canteen is good.
