CSEET New Syllabus
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India handles everything related to CSEET exam, including releasing syllabus, defining exam pattern, conducting exam and declaring result. ICSI has changed syllabus, pattern, fee and frequency of exam, in order to restructure the exam. Students planning to take CSEET exam for upcoming session must know the updated syllabus and CSEET structure to prepare accordingly for the exam. CSEET exam will now be conducted in offline mode.

ICSI has made some changes to the syllabus for CSEET exam. Check out this table to get latest CSEET syllabus:

Commonly asked questions
ICSI conduct CSEET examination for three hours per subject. Candidates have to attempt questions in given time. Candidates will not be given extra time under any condition. The question paper will be submitted once the duration is over. ICSI conducts the CSEET exam in offline mode.
There are no prescribed number of attempts for CSEET. Candidates can appear for the CSEET exam in multiple attempts until qualified. The validity of the CSEET scorecard is one year. ICSI conducts CSEET examination three times in a year, i.e., February, June and October. Candidates can choose to appear for any of the three sessions. However, candidates must stay updated with the cut off dates of CSEET examination.
Yes, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has released the CSEET 2026 exam dates. Students willing to appear for CS Executive Entrance Test must check the important dates on official website of ICSI or on Shiksha page.
The number of students registered or appeared for the CSEET exam is not notified by ICSI. Soon after the declaration of results, ICSI announces the CSEET pass percentage which shows the percentage of students who have cleared the CSEET exam.
