Major roles offered are Audit Associate Analyst and Finance Executive. The highest package is 8LPA the lowest package offered is 3LPA and average package offered is 4.5LPA. 75 percent of students secured internships in reputed firms like EY Deloitte and start ups through campus driven.
Infrastructure: The B.Com Hons department at Indraprastha College for Women has spacious smart classrooms Wi-Fi enabled campus a well equipped library with digital access and computer labs for research and projects. The hostel is clean safe and well maintained with good Wi-Fi hygienic mess food and a friendly environment. Medical facilities are available on campus and college provides excellent sports facilities including a gym and grounds for various games.
Faculty: The faculty of the B.Com Hons course at Indraprastha College for Women is highly qualified supportive and knowledgeable with excellent teaching methods mainly I have seen in young professors. The curriculum is well structured regularly updated and aligned with industry needs helping students build strong analytical and professional skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with consistent study. The pass percentage remains above 90 percent for most batches.
Other: I chose B.Com Hons it offers a strong foundation in finance accounting and business management opening diverse career options. The best part of the course is its practical approach supportive faculty and exposure to corporate skills through seminars and projects. There are more industry oriented workshops and placement drives. The college has a vibrant campus with a cultural fest and a diverse crowd. Connectivity is convenient and facilities like scholarships and extracurricular opportunities make the experience enriching.

Supportive faculty, decent placements, and vibrant campus life at IPCW.
Placements: Placements for B.Com (Hons.) at Indraprastha College for Women are fairly good. Around 60%-70% of students get placed, with the highest package reaching 15.75 LPA and the average package being around 5.7 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, EY, Wipro, Accenture, and Willis Towers Watson, offering roles like finance analyst, audit associate, and business analyst. Internships are also available through college or an external platform like Internshala, with companies like EY and Oyo hiring interns. The placement cell is helpful and provides good support, but students are also expected to put in their effort to secure better opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good. Everything on the campus looks very clean and aesthetic, but if I talk about the Wi-Fi, there are times when you can face network issues. Apart from that, everything else is very nice. Though I don't live in the hostel, I've heard it's well-maintained with clean rooms, decent mess food, and 24/7 security. The canteen offers affordable snacks, and medical facilities include an on-campus health center with a nurse and visiting doctor. The campus lacks in providing good sports equipment, but there is a gym for sports students.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful here, and the quality of teaching is appreciable. The course is strong in theory but not fully industry-focused. It needs more practical exposure, so students should do internships or extra courses alongside. Exams are moderately tough but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is high, around 90%-95%, but scoring well needs consistent effort.
Other: I'm from the B.Com (Hons.) batch of 2024-27. I chose this course for its wide career scope in finance and business. The subjects are solid, but I wish there were more practical learning. The campus is lively, the crowd is friendly, and events like Shruti fest make college life fun. The location is great, and scholarships and societies add to the overall experience.

It is so good, I would recommend seeing the beauty of the IP campus.
Placements: Percentage of students placed in B.Com (Hons) is 61.3%. The highest package offered is 23.05 LPA ( 2024 ), the average package offered is 7.03 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 4.80 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, DE Shaw & Co, ABP Network, Godrej, Tata, Yamaha, MGH, Brain & Co, Air India, KPMG, Delta X, SAP, WTW, Ditto. Students from B.Com (Hons) got internships in EY and Deloitte. Top roles offered are Management, Audit, Analytics, Finance, Business Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, but doesn't work that well. Labs are there. Classrooms are good. Library is exceptionally good and fully air conditioned. The hostel is good, big, and the food is okay. Cleanliness is maintained. The sports ground is amazing, and the nets are there.
Faculty: Faculty is really helpful, encouraging, and highly qualified. Teaching quality is good, the course curriculum is strictly followed, which makes the students industry ready. The second semester exam was good, the first semester exam was a bit difficult. .
Other: I have a deep interest in business, hence I chose B.Com (Hons) to explore opportunities. IP College has an environment of entrepreneurship and business. Fests are okay, not that great. The crowd is good.

I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: Students with 60% marks can get admission to college. The highest package of college is 30 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies, such as Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, and many more companies. Students can get 8 CGPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Libraries have air conditioning facilities. The water facility is also very good. The canteen is very clean and hygienic. Sports quota is also there. Washrooms are very clean. Hostels are very well managed. Mess is also managed.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to the students. Semester exams are quite tough. If you study on a regular basis, you can easily get good marks. Teachers are pretty much qualified. The teaching quality of teachers is also very good. Students with an 8 CGPA are good.
Other: You can get admission easily.

It provided good placements with a package of 3 LPA.
Placements: 20-40% of students get placed every year in B.Com (Hons.). The highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 2-3 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA in this course. Top recruiting companies of B.Com (Hons.) are Wipro, Deloitte, Teach for India, etc. 50% of students got internships from the B.Com (Hons.) in companies like Teach for India, EY, and Oxfam India. The top roles offered are marketing executive, HR intern, and analyst.
Infrastructure: Labs and the library are good. Wi-Fi connection is pathetic. The college is beautiful and well-maintained. I don't know about the hostel as I don't live there. Canteen food is not up to the mark. It has to improve a lot. Next to the canteen, there is a newly built Amul parlour and a coffee and maggi shop. Coffee and Maggi taste really good at a moderate price. A restroom is available for the sick students. Proper medical facilities are also provided for the sick students. For sports and games, there is a big green field. Sports like badminton, etc., are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and have great knowledge. They teach very well. They clear all doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little bit tough. All students need to do is concentrate and revise topics thoroughly. Students can pass if they prepare according to the syllabus and practice PYQs. The pass percentage is a minimum of 40%.
Other: I chose B.Com (Hons) because I wanted to pursue my career in the corporate field. The best thing about this course is that it makes us more practical and boosts our knowledge with real-life examples. More information regarding business ideas and programs for enhancing skills in the commerce field should be provided. Events held in this college are great. Fests are amazing. The campus has the best crowd that cheers and enjoys every fest. The campus surroundings are very neat and clean. This is a women's college, so girls feel confident in wearing whatever they want. Overall, this college is great for enjoying college life and learning.

This college is for those who want to focus on their studies more.
Placements: I was a student of batch 2020-2023 doing B.Com (hons). More than 70% of students got placements through the college. I also got a placement in Bangalore. Top recruiting companies were Deloitte, EY, etc. These companies also provided internships before placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good and good hygiene was maintained which was good for girls. Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms were all good but my favourite was library which was so spacious that you could sit and study with full concentration. Food at the mess was okay. Medical facilities were also available.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Even though they were so friendly. Course was relevant for industry-ready. Exams were not so difficult. They maintained the criteria of easy to hard questions. Pass percentage was 40% which you could easily achieve.

Good placements in 2024-25, infrastructure is really good.
Placements: Recently, around 11 students from my class were hired by Deloitte. The college is very nice and provides quality education, and many major companies hire students from IPCW. Be sure to maintain your CGPA from the very beginning of college and apply for placements.
Infrastructure: There are 2 hostels under the college for eligible students. One is inside the college and the other is in front of the college. The college is very pretty, offering aesthetic vibes. There are many labs, and Wi-Fi is also available. There is a large library with around 3 floors.
Faculty: The teachers who taught us were very helpful, and as far as I know, it's like a mini school since most of the teachers are very attentive and supportive. The course prepares students for placements, and if you study carefully, then semester exams are easy.
Other: Regular events keep happening, and the seminars are also interesting. They provide chances to join societies based on your skills and interests.

Pretty campus but strict schedule.
Placements: B.Com (Hons) has the most placements, around 40% with the highest package of 21 LPA and the average package of Rs 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Ew Shaw, Zomato, etc. About 20%-30% of students got internships. Top roles offered are HR, manager, accounting, etc.
Infrastructure: IPCW has the prettiest and aesthetic campus. It is the largest campus in DU with plenty of classrooms, labs, huge audit, and three-storey library with AC. There are two hostels - KG hostel and IP hostel. The indoor stadium needs renovation. The gym is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. There is strict attendance which makes our schedule hectic since we have classes from 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM. Few societies are active. It is more academically oriented. So we don't get much time for extracurriculars. There are no mid-semester exams but semester exams are tough with a bunch of assignments and PPTs.
Other: B.Com (Hons) is one of the most demanding courses in DU. IPCW organizes its annual fest, Shruti. We get many scholarships and fee relief.

The cutoff marks are varying according to categories. However the last year closing cutoff in asked course for IP College New Delhi (University of Delhi) for general category was 95.5%. Hence you have a chance here.
