DRC is probably the second-best girls' college of DU.
Placements: Placement percentage is indeed a little poor at DRC as even Commerce and Economics students find placements hard. The Big 4 that is KPMG, EY, Deloitte, and PwC have been the best recruiters but they also note just a few students. Internship students have to find on their own as college doesn't provide that.
Infrastructure: The newly built building is perfect from AC classrooms to smart boards, we have them all. Our canteen too is amazing as it's an all-girls college and our canteen serves a variety of pastries. The only issue is with the auditorium as it needs serious development.
Faculty: Faculty members undoubtedly are all experts in the subjects. Also, many would complain that professors don't teach properly or anything. The course of DU for B.Com (Hons) is absolute. Exams are much easier as the passing percentage of our course is around 90 percent..
Other: The best thing is that our course opens various career doors and that was the belief that made me take this course.

Active in extracurricular activities.
Placements: 70-80 percent of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 24 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Wipro, Deloitte, and HDFC. The percentage of students who get internships from my course in their second and third years is 60-70 percent.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my college are very limited and average. There's no Wi-Fi and the classrooms don't have air conditioning. The library is congested. The college is active in sports and games. The sports complex contains nice equipment.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant and it does make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately difficult and challenging. The pass percentage is 60-70 percent.
Other: Our college is very active in events and fests. The campus crowd is good. It's also very active in extracurricular activities.

Average DU infrastructure, good professors and crowd, safe and lively fests and events.
Placements: We have our annual placement fest called the incrementum which is free. The highest package has gone up to around 23 LPA while most people who get placed usually end up with packages in the 6 LPA-6.5 LPA range. Beginner roles can start from about 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC, Genpact, and Teach for India regularly hire from the college. As for internships around 50-60 percent of students manage to get one through the placement cell internship fair or their own applications.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not that good. It is still being built, and there are no ACs in most classes, and sometimes even fans don't work. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and there are barriers to the internet. The library and gym are really good and the canteen is great with hygienic and tasty food.
Faculty: Teachers are just great in my course at least totally helpful and provide a lot of resources. The course is relevant and has totally practical assignments and work. The semester exam is not that hard mostly from PYQs and expected questions but was lengthy and vast.
Other: I chose B.Com (Hons) because it's very flexible and opens up a lot of opportunities. The best thing is that it's doable with a side quest like any internship or courses like CA. The tests and events are great, totally. It's very safe since it's a girls' college and the events are very lively with a great crowd. Good scope of extracurricular activities like dance, MS DRC, and sports.

Satisfactory! Good faculty, nice placement, can gain exposure!
Placements: A decent number of students have been placed with an average package of 6.47 LPA, 6.5 LPA and the highest going up to 23 LPA. The top recruiters include the Big Four, e.g., Deloitte, KPMG, etc. Students themselves are looking for internships that fit them. The roles offered in my courses provide the basic financial knowledge to learn further about what happens in real life. It is useful!
Infrastructure: The college is still working on the infrastructure, and there is construction going on, so the building is getting better. The Wi-Fi is very slow, but in the library, it is quite fast, so it is useful for students studying. I do not live in the hostel, but I've heard about the good food provided there. The canteen is the best area. The food is affordable and tasty. The medical room provides basic medications, and I've not been too sick to acquire service. We have sports upliftment, and we celebrate sports days, but we do not have access to the gym, even if it is there.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, but they usually move very fast with the syllabus, and it becomes hard for us to follow. The faculty is otherwise really helpful, and they are trying their best to incorporate outside book knowledge. The course, paired with other side skills, is relevant and will make students ready for jobs, but students have to keep continuing to learn new skills. The semester exam did come a bit difficult for the accounts subject. Otherwise, theory exams are relatively easy to understand and are almost similar to previous year questions. The passing percentage in the theory exam is 40%.
Other: I chose this course as I came from a commerce background. The best thing is that it provides knowledge about the real-world financial laws and workings. This course can be better if we get to visit real industries to actually correlate the theory and real life, and we can be present as student interns to observe the work. I have yet to experience the fests as I'm in the 2nd semester and they haven't happened yet, but the freshers' party was done with great enthusiasm, and there were DJ nights! The campus is overall very positive and welcoming.

It is a good college. I am absolutely satisfied with it.
Placements: Placements in the college are good enough. More than half of the students get placed if they are doing other courses like engineering, but students who take B.Com. Hons often go for higher studies or a professional course. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Reliance, Adani, etc., hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Wi-Fi and classrooms are available. The library of the college is also good, and a lot of books are present in the library. The hostel facility is not available in the college, so students have to look for other options for staying, like PGs and flats.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are good. Teachers are overall helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They help every student with their doubts. The course curriculum of the college is also very good. Overall, it provides advanced knowledge to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult, and if students don't study, they might fail the examination.
Other: Delhi University is famous for its events. Many events are performed in the year, and they are enjoyable. I chose this course because I have to do further studies.

Reviewing life at Daulat Ram College.
Placements: The highest package gone till now is 23 LPA. The average package has gone around 6 LPA to 6.5 LPA. Vriddhi, the placement cell conducts various events, programmes, CV writing sessions, workshops, and seminars that help students to gain practical knowledge. It includes firms like Accenture, PWC, and Deloitte for various field options.
Infrastructure: It has a structured campus with academic and student facilities with more than 50 classrooms and some rooms have ACs too. It has the largest auditorium of the entire University of Delhi, known as Sadbhavna Bhawan. It has a well-stocked library, computer rooms, labs, and a sports ground. Additional amenities like a canteen and Wi-Fi are also available.
Faculty: The commerce department has a team of highly qualified professors. Teachers emphasize both theory and practical knowledge. The duration is 3 years, divided into 6 semesters. Exams are held at the end of every semester. Each paper is 100 marks.

The college is nice overall, on the basis of the environment and such.
Placements: The average package at my college for courses like B.Com (Hons) ranges from 12 LPA to 32 LPA, with the lowest packages going up to 2 LPA or 3 LPA, and the highest packages reaching 32 LPA. Top recruiting firms include Deloitte, Zomato, and J.P. Morgan. Around 40% of the students receive great packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is okayish in terms of the classrooms, they are kind of less spacious, although the new building is spacious and fully air-conditioned, so that's not a problem. The labs are very good with working facilities of computers and AC.
Faculty: The faculty is both good and bad. It depends on the course, the semester, and the subjects. The courses are relatable as all of the colleges have the same courses, so there's no difference. Almost everyone passes except for the 5% of students who don't study.

I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: 70% of marks students can get admission in this college. The highest package of college is around 33 LPA, the lowest package is around 4 LPA, and the average package is around 6 to 7LPA. 80% of students can get internships from college in big companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is excellent. Infrastructure of the hostel is also very nice. There are air conditioning rooms as well as non air conditioning rooms. Mess food is very good, healthy, and hygeinic. Library is also available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to children. They help us in all methods in which they can. Staff is also very nice. College is very clean, and semester exams are not very tough. If you study regularly, you can pass the exams very easily.
Other: Everything is very nice.
