Step 1: Visit the AIIMS Delhi Official Website
- Go to the official website of the Delhi AIIMS website, www.aiims.edu.
- In the menu bar, tap on ‘Appointments.’ Now, select the option named ‘Online OPD Appointment.’
- A new page will be opened on the screen. Now, click on ors.gov.in for OPD appointments.
Step 2: Login and Create an Account
- On the ORS portal, click on the ‘Register/ Login’ option highlighted in yellow, towards the upper right of the page. Check the image for reference below:
- ORS will send the OTP to the same mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Login.’
- A new box will appear on the screen mentioning that you can register 6 members with the registered mobile number.

- Click on 'Register Member', a new window will appear on the screen. Now, select your residential state from the optioned listed in that window and complete the AIIMS Delhi online registration.
- A new pop-up window will appear on the screen asking if you want to register for ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) Health ID. Users must note that registering for the ABHA health ID is not a mandatory step and they can skip the same. However, users can check the benefits of creating ABHA Health ID card below:

- Users can skip the ABHA ID Card step and click on 'No' to go ahead.
Step 3: Enter the Demographic details
- A new window will appear on the screen asking the users to fill in the personal and demographic details.
- Fill in your name, gender, date of birth, email, address and other details in the respective fields.

- After filling all the necessary documents, click on 'Submit' button.
- User's account will be created successfully. Check the following image for your perusal.
- Once your account is created, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number for verification.
- For returning users, log in to the portal using your registered mobile number and password to access the Delhi AIIMS online appointment page.
Step 4: Book an Appointment and Choose your Department
- After your account is created successfully, click on 'Ok.' A new window will be appeared on the screen, click on 'Appointment' and select your name to book the appointment (please check the image below for better clarity).
- Now, select State/ Hospital, mode and type of appointment, department and date of appointment from the options available on the portal.

Users can choose the from the wide range of specialties for AIIMS Delhi OPD appointment, including (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Pediatrics, among others.
Step 5: Select a Doctor, Time Slot and Confirm Your Appointment
- Once the users have selected the respective department, the portal will list the available doctors and the consultation timings.
- You can choose the time slot as per your convenience. After choosing the preferred doctor and time slot, the AIIMS online appointment Delhi system will ask the users to confirm the details.
- Go through the Delhi AIIMS appointment summary and ensure that the information is correct.
- Now, click on 'Confirm Appointment' for the final. Users will receive a confirmation message on their registered mobile number and email by the ORS portal.
Step 6: Pay the Appointment Fee (If Applicable)
- Pay the AIIMS New Delhi appointment fee (if applicable) through different modes of payment, namely credit/ debit card, net banking or UPI.
- Once the payment is processed, a receipt will be generated. Users must save this receipt for future reference.
- Once the Delhi AIIMS online appointment booking process is completed, do not forget to download your appointment slip.
- AIIMS appointment online Delhi slip will include important details such as appointment date, doctor’s name, time, room number and consultation.
AIIMS Delhi EWS category cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to the MBBS on the basis of NEET UG exam results. The last round cutoff was closed at 214. In 2023 and 2022, the closing ranks among the EWS AI category were 258 and 195, respectively. Therefore, looking at the cutoff ranks, it was evident that the cutoff has been fluctuating among the EWS category canidates since the past three years.

Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2024 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 47 while in 2023, it closed at 57 and 55 in 2022.
