Banaras Hindu University result 2020 notifications are out. The University conducts term-end exams in the month of April every year. Courses that are offered by Banaras Hindu University are divided into two semesters per year, considered as even and odd semester. BHU Result 2020

To check the semester wise result for different courses, students of BHU must visit the 'BHU Student Exam Portal' and log in with their registered email ID and password. A step-by-process of checking BHU semester result is mentioned below:

  1. Candidates need to visit the official website of BHU (www.bhu.ac.in)
  2. Click on the ‘Admission’ tab
  3. Then click on ‘Click Here for bhuonline.in’ (for all results)
  4. Candidates will be redirected to the BHUonline portal
  5. On the top right corner, students need to click on ‘Student Portal’
  6. As and when the University results are out, a ‘Results’ tab will appear on this page
  7. There, candidates need to select their respective course, semester and year, add roll number (if required) to see the desired results

BHU Evaluation Process 2020

Students can check Banaras Hindu University results to know the total marks and SGPA secured in the examination. They are considered pass if they secure a minimum required score in each and every subject and aggregate. As per the information available on multiple sources online, BHU follows an SGPA system of results for all its semester exams. Students must score a minimum SGPA of 4 out of 10 or 40 marks out of 100 to get promoted for the next semester.

BHU Revaluation Process 2020

Once the semester result for BHU is out, students who are not satisfied with their marks or fail in an exam can apply for revaluation of their answer sheet. The revaluation link becomes active on the official website as soon as the results are out. Candidates usually get a fixed date range to apply for the revaluation process.

After the revaluation process is over, the better of two marks are updated in the result. Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to check their revaluation result:

  1. Visit the official website of BHU at bhu.ac.in and look out for result/revaluation exam result
  2. If the ‘Result’ link is not available, click on the ‘Admission’ tab then on ‘Click Here for bhuonline.in’. On the top right corner, students need to click on ‘Student Portal’
  3. Click on Banaras Hindu University UG/ PG Semester Revaluation Results
  4. Enter their Roll No
  5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button

NOTE: Students applying for revaluation must pay the Banaras Hindu University Revaluation Application Fee of Rs 300 to 400 per paper. This fee could be paid both online and offline.

At Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the maximum age limit for admission to the B.Sc Nursing programme is 25 years as of December 31 of the admission year. For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5 years, so the maximum age is 30 years.
