I have gained a lot of self-confidence and have transformed my personality completely: Astha Gupta

I am a student of science background. But I was highly interested in studying Business and Management. Therefore, I chose BBA for my further education in Mathematics and Physics. From the very beginning, I was attracted to the business field. I was a good student and thus, I thought to complete my basic education from the science field. And after that, I chose BBA in order to gain knowledge about business. Through this course, I got to know a lot about the business field such as how to manage any business, how to cover losses, how to manage market, how to forecast business decisions, etc. So, this is the best field for those who are interested in Business and Management field. So, I would like to suggest the students who are willing to do business or are interested in the business field to opt for BBA as it will help you learn a lot of things related to business and management.

 I got direct admission to Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University because I scored 70% in 12^th from the Rajasthan board and got 85% in the 10^th from CBSE board. So, it was easy for me to get admission in SRM University. I haven’t taken any external coaching from private institutes to crack the admission because I scored quite well in the SSLC examination that lead me to get admission in the university easily. During the admission, I went through a counseling session in which they asked me about studies and my past fields. They also asked me about my interests and hobbies. So, overall it’s easy to get admission in the college and the process is also a bit easy. So, you have to score good marks in your 12^thand that will be all. So, anyone who is interested in getting admission In SRM University, I would ask them to relax and study hard in your 12^th in order to obtain good marks.

Most of the time we have proper classes. However, the college frequently organizes several events in which we participate and even work as volunteers. I and my friends like to attend all the classes as we get to know something or the other from each and every lecture which may help us in the future. Extra-curricular activities like events, games, sports etc. are conducted by the management in the university very often. If given a chance, we would also like to do internships in various management fields. Conferences on recent coming market strategies and business plans promote college as a brand. I have gained a lot of experience after joining the college as I have got to know a lot about the people and also we have met several people connected to different fields. When involved in such activities, students think creatively which also helps them a lot in the future.

My college experience has changed me a lot. I met new friends and also have gained a lot of experience from all of them. I used to be very shy and quiet till my 12th and never use to participate in anything. But after coming to this college, I have gained a lot of self-confidence and have transformed my personality completely.
