International Programme in Management

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) is inviting applications for its International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) 2018-2019.

The one-year full-time residential program is designed for executives to prepare them for leadership roles. Professional who wish to enhance their managerial skills and leadership capabilities for a global career, can apply for admissions online. Registrations for the executive program are underway and the last date is October 31, 2017.

Here’s and overview of the admission procedure:

Eligibility criteria:

  • Executives with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3)
  • GMAT score for test taken between November 01, 2011 and October 31, 2017
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-time post-qualification professional experience as on March 31, 2018

Application process:

Interested candidates can apply online as well as offline.

For online application, they will have to log on to the official website and download the application form. Make sure you furnish correct details on the form before submitting as they cannot be edited afterwards.

Fill the Statement of Purpose section carefully as it is a crucial criteria of selection of candidates.

Following documents are mandatory to be uploaded with the application form:

  • Scanned copy of your recent passport size photo.
  • Scanned copy of GMAT scorecard
  • Scanned copy of academic certificates
  • Scanned copy of experience certificates(s) from the candidate’s previous/current employer(s). Specific dates of joining and leaving the organization(s) need to be mentioned.
  • Self-employed professionals may submit a personal declaration stating the exact dates of their employment.

If you wish to apply offline, take a print out of the application form, fill it and send it to the following address by post, along with copies of the documents listed above.

NOTE: There is no fee for filling the application form.

Selection procedure:

The candidates are selected on the basis of their GMAT score, academic performance, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, work experience certificates and personal interview.

Note: Make sure your references for Recommendation Letters are genuine as the institute will verify your letters with them and will proceed further only after the referees you mentioned agree to endorse you.

The candidates are advised to carry original copies of all the above mentioned documents to the interview.

After the interview process is completed the list of selected candidates for admissions will be released.

Fee structure:

Total fees for the program is Rs 20,00,000 (Excluding Accommodation and Caution Money) to be paid in five instalments. Below is the break-up:

Second instalment of Rs 4,60,000

Yes, IIM Lucknow does consider Class 12 marks while making the merit list for MBA programmes. But, Class 12 marks are only one of the selection parameters. Others include CAT score, UG marks, GDPI performance, extra curricular activities, and more.
