Admission to various courses is based on merit and scores of entrance exams. The selection process for the course consists of an entrance exam, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round. The entrance exam accepted is SNAP. Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must apply online on the official website. Select the course and pay the application fee.

You can pursue Human Resources Management even if you're not into maths. HRM focuses on people management and organizational strategy rather than complex calculations. Basic quantitative skills are somewhat helpful. They are not the primary focus. Many HR roles involve soft skills like communication and problem-solving.

If you want to pursue MBA in Human Resources Management, then there are several national-level and university-level entrance exams that you can take which are mentioned below-

Each exam tests a candidate's quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal skills, and data interpretation abilities. Some exams also include general knowledge or essay writing sections.

The Department of Management Studies of IIT Madras has fully air-conditioned Wi-Fi-enabled lecture halls that are equipped with LCD projectors. DoMS IITM has a big library, conference halls, and provides various other facilities for students. The college has a big playground, modern classrooms, labs, canteen, and others.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is hard to get admission. The institute offers admission based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are CAT and IIFT. At the PG level, the college offers two-year MBA (overseas and domestic) courses to students. The college also provides PhD, Executive PhD,  Executive MBA, and various other courses to students.

NIT Rourkela offers courses in UG, PG and part-level. The Institute offers admission based on valid scores of accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main/ GATE/ IIT JAM or other equivalent. Candidates are required to qualify for the JoSAA counselling and seek final admission based on the qualification of all the selection rounds. 

Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad is one of the oldest IITs. It offers quality education to the students under the guidance of experts.  IIT Dhanbad has been ranked 21 in the QS WUR Ranking By Subject, and it is ranked 110 in Southern Asia and 424 in Asia by QS World Ranking 2026. The institute also ranked 15th by NIRF in 2025 for Engineering. The institute appoints well trained and expert faculty members. 

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is a public university that is recognised by organizations like UGC and gives good education to the students. Below given are the reasons to choose Andhra University:
