College is great and is a quality for money with a high academic record.
Placements: 60% of students are placed. There are 10 to 20 recruiting companies for my course. Placement rate is quite okay. Top roles offered are SDE, AI Engineer, Data Analyst, and DevOps Engineer. The highest package of 30 LPA is recorded yet this year, and the lowest would be around 3 LPA for my course.
Infrastructure: College has high-quality labs with an AC classroom and a library with 5000 or more books. The canteen is great with hygienic food quality. We have several sports like a basketball court, cricket ground, football ground and many more. Mess food is also good and hygienic. The hostel also has a gym and a TV room.
Faculty: Our faculty is very helpful and understanding. They are knowledgeable. The college follows the Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University semester system. Each semester generally has: Sessional Test (ST-1), Sessional Test (ST-2), PUT (Pre-University Test), a full syllabus test before semester exams, and Final AKTU external exams.
Other: Events and festivals are quite fewer compared to other colleges, but we have small tech fests.

Overall, the ROI is decent, so you can take admission.
Placements: The placement here is really good. The placement ratio is nearly 100%. The training and placement cell works very hard to conduct sessions, seminars, quizzes, and mock interviews for the betterment of the students. This helps in the improvement of the students' confidence.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very decent. The labs are very advanced, and the classes are equipped with smart boards and air conditioning, and are very good. The classroom design is that of a lecture hall. The labs are equipped with modern equipment. Also, the blocks have lifts.
Faculty: Faculty of this college are very skilled and have multiple PhDs. They participate regularly to address the doubts of students. The exams are also conducted every month, and the academic structure is one of the best. Materials provided to us are also very well checked.

Honest review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
Placements: In the 25-26 batch, around 650 students are placed, and around 400 of them are in sales companies and cement companies. The college is in very bad condition in terms of training and placement, currently not like before. Students are also not capable of getting jobs, and Amazon has blacklisted AKGEC, as far as I know.
Infrastructure: Air-conditioners were installed last year, but they didn't connect through wires, and this was done during the winter. Also, there is no internet in the new lecture theatre. There are no cemented walls, and heat strokes hit hard in the summer. Lift is also very slow, and there are only 2 lifts for students. The nearby areas are the worst, only the city is good to live but is costly for students.
Faculty: Some faculty members are very professional and work hard to teach students. But most of them are frustrated because they are technical teachers, but have to teach non-technical subjects. Also, they have no professional knowledge and just read PPTs. You can check faculty members in liked in too.
Other: If any student has better option, then don't choose JSS or ABES in Ghaziabad because you may regret it after admission, knowing the rules of this college. No NOC is provided for the internship, and there are strict attendance issues. Even after a medical certificate, they just don't care, they are just living in the old era of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, ignoring today's college conditions. There is zero startup culture, and no fests are held. Students pay for their farewell and freshers to get food like freebies and zero entertainment. We have just society performances.

Placements: Placements are decent, as most of the students are placed. The average package lies between 5 to 6 LPA. Around 80-85% of students are placed. Some of the regular recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, and Accenture. Some product-based companies also come, such as Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is large enough with greenery all around. Divided into cleanly organised blocks. Classrooms are designed as large lecture halls, well-ventilated, and equipped with smart boards. It has a massive central library equipped with AC's and a well. Designed hostels. When it comes to labs, all labs are well and good organised, and it also has a robotics lab partnered with KUKA.
Faculty: You must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. The rest of the courses are aligned with the AKTU syllabus. The faculty members are highly experienced and syllabus-oriented. They ensure that the syllabus is completed on time so that you can perform well in your University Exams. There are different societies in the college where you can learn more about your placements.

Review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
Placements: Placements are not satisfactory, declining from the past. There is a bad period for engineers due to corporate layoffs, and every other company just needs cheap labour. I think the college is also not up to performing for getting companies in the core for students to get good growth. Most of them are sales companies that are offering right now, which no engineering student wants to be in.
Infrastructure: There is a good space around in the college area inside, but there are only buildings that don't have good internet. We have lazy old lifts, and there are only 2 lifts for students. Guards behave very badly towards students, as if we were criminals. Heat stroke is an issue in the summer due to the non-air-conditioned walls inside the college. Between all the faculty cabins, there are cemented walls with air conditioning. Students got ACs just last year, but till now, they have never turned on. They are just for showpieces, I guess.
Faculty: It has typical old curriculum and boring lectures. Teachers just read PowerPoints, no innovation. I never see teachers writing code, and we study 1st-year subjects like Physics and Chemistry, which are not important for any core CSE students. It's just a waste of time, and we have to give exams every month, sessional tests, extra classes, and resession tests. These are a waste of time from morning 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Other: There is no campus life I guess.

Very strict college. Very monotonous college life. Bad faculties, and a very bad fine culture.
Placements: My batch has not passed out yet. But after talking to our senior, all I can say is that companies from a web dev background are coming, but along with that, non-technical background companies are also coming. College, as per my knowledge, does not provide any useful skill-based courses. They are forcing students to complete an internship by hook or crook. They don't care about it. Placement cell is not that active. There is a dip in number of placements from previous trends.
Infrastructure: Right now, installation of AC is going on. In lecture theatres of first year, ACs will start working from this year. There is a capacity of 75 students in every lecture theatre. Quality of food in hostel is not good. Recently, a cockroach was found. Matter was so serious that even FASSCI had to visit. Students who complain about quality of food are being imposed a fine of 500 rupees each. Administration is very strict to students but careless in ensuring food quality norms.
Faculty: Teachers of first year are quite average, but teachers of second year are very poor. There was a teacher named XXXX, who never taught COA in her life, suddenly came from RKGIT Kanpur to AKGEC to teach second year. She totally screwed me in COA. She doesn't teach anything. Python teacher was a lab assistant earlier and suddenly became a professor due to a shortage of teachers. Only two classes of Python in a week, and even in that, he took leave many times. Only scrolls PPTs, doesn't teach anything. Teachers are very bad at teaching.
Other: College doesn't organize any fest. Every engineering college organises a fest, but they don't. All they can do is organise a freshers' party for first-year students. For which they ask money from us in second year. Next year, when we are in our third year, they will ask for money for a pass out party for 4th year. They ask 1000 rupees. It is compulsory for everyone. Fine on late submission of fee, late submission of library books, fine on coming late to college, fine on making proxy in class, fine on UFM cases.

Overall, college is decent.
Placements: College placements are decent. There are some companies that visit every year and some companies recruit in bulk quantity there. Most promising company is Infosys. They also provide training in Infosys in comparison to other AKTU colleges. Placements are okay.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is really beautiful. Classes are well-maintained and each class is provided with a smart board. The greenery of this college is really amazing. Space wise it is one of the biggest AKTU college, having area of 40 acres.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college are decent. You can ask doubts and they will help you. College takes too much exams before the final UT. It will help you to learn the things so that you don't feel that much pressure in your UT exams. Overall, college is decent.
