Decent facilities, industry relevant course, mixed teaching experiences.
Placements: Every day students in our batch got placed, but the students who are having backlogs and attendance issues are not part of the placement cell. The average package is 3 to 3.5 LPA. It seems like students with backlogs or attendance problems faced challenges in getting placed through the college placement cell. This might be due to the eligibility criteria set by companies for placements or the colleges policies regarding participation in placement drives. Despite this, there are still opportunities for all students to explore off campus placements, internships, or build their skills to enhance employability.
Infrastructure: The college has decent facilities and infrastructure for students. Wi-Fi is available across campus, and labs are well-equipped for various departments. Modern classrooms come with projectors and SMART screens. The library is well-stocked and has Wi-Fi. In terms of hostels, conditions range from basic to decent. Mess food is okay to decent, and canteen food is affordable. Adequate medical facilities are available on campus, and there are facilities for sports like cricket, football, and basketball.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are reported to be helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with teaching quality being great in some cases. They play a crucial role in curriculum development, using effective teaching practices to design engaging learning experiences. Research indicates that teacher quality can vary, with some being more effective than others. The course curriculum was reported as very relevant to the industry, making students industry ready in some cases. Semester exams conducted by SPPU University are moderately difficult, though a specific pass percentage is not set.
Other: I am Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) student, I am learning about circuits, microcontrollers, and power systems. I chose EEE for its vast applications in industries like power generation and tech. The course has diverse applications, hands on learning through labs and projects, and good career prospects. Some topics, like control systems, can be challenging, and more industry oriented projects could enhance learning. College tech fests and extracurricular activities like robotics clubs are engaging parts of campus life.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: We have placements right from the 2nd semester of 1st year where we learn a lot regarding interview and communication skills, speaking skills, and listening skills which will help us a lot in our placements. In our college, we have a good rate of placements for all streams. The college is better in placements.
Infrastructure: We have a Wi-Fi facility, a huge library, huge classrooms, and a seminar hall in our college. There is a food court and a restaurant on campus. It is a 50-acre campus. We love the environment and the greenery. The entire campus is Wi-Fi-enabled. The hostels are also good but a bit expensive and you have a laundry facility also.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are experienced and some have more than 20 years of experience in our college. All the notes are accessible online through MS TEAMS. We have examinations committed in the university which are very strict and the curriculum is as usual. Overall, it is above average.
Other: We are the biggest batch till date in our college. There are many extracurricular activities being held on our campus by the student services.

I am satisfied with the placements and infrastructure of the university.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students got placed with the help of the CAN office during the placement program. For B.Tech, the highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and for MBA, it is 30 LPA. For BBA, the salary package offered is around 15 LPA. The CAN office has a tie-up with many MNCs and with the best IT companies.
Infrastructure: Alliance University has the best infrastructure in Bangalore. The college is spread over more than 60 acres full of greenery. There are hundreds of workers for the maintenance of the college campus and with the high security and good maintenance.
Faculty: Alliance University has good educators with many faculty members around all over India with doctorates and PhD courses with vast experience of more than 20 years. They are very friendly with students, and they also develop our careers.
Other: I have chosen electrical and electronics engineering because I can go either in software or hardware. There is a lot of scope on electrical because the government is developing green energy. The university offers many extracurricular activities, sports, etc.

It is an excellent campus, but a large scope of improvement is needed.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Core electrical companies did not visit our college more. The top role offered to the students was an assistant engineer. In our course, the average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in companies like Bescom, Substation, Power Plants and various other electrical core industry.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, online resources, IEEE pages, journals and teachers' PhD papers. Quality of food was not bad. But there must be a wide scope of improvement in sports and games. There is always an ambulance, nurse and first-aid kit inside the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are friendly and knowledgeable, but not all of them. Teachers teach both on the board and PPT presentation. But all teachers were ready to help students at least after learning. The course curriculum does not make students much ready for industry. The syllabus is more oriented towards exam and marks and much lesser than required for industries.
Other: The college needs more of the overall development.

Review of Alliance College of Engineering and Design, Alliance University.
Placements: About 20% of the students got placed. The highest salary package of 7 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3 LPA and the average salary package of 3.3 LPA are offered in our course. Companies which visited for a branch or all courses, and they are not related to the electrical and electronics, so placements are conducted to the core branches. About 50% of the students got internships in different companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. We had every lab with Wi-Fi facilities and all other facilities being provided. Very few sports activities were conducted, and sports facilities were also average.
Faculty: Teachers are great, helpful, but not much qualified. Their teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum was also good and relevant to the industry, but it was not up to the mark. The course curriculum needs to improve much so that it should be relevant to the industry.
