DSATM through students eye
Placements: Placements are pretty good compared to other institutions. If you are from a computer or IT Background your chances of getting placed is pretty good. Around 70 percent of them gets placed and the average package is around 4.5 LPA. The top package was 23 LPA. Overall you get good placements and internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institution is top notch with all the buildings being entirely made of glass. The institution is well planned and built with precision there is wifi available throughout the campus classroom has smart class built into them library has plenty of resources.
Hostel is good with food being hygienic and tasty.
Faculty: Faculty are extremely knowledgeable about the course and are happy to help you out most of the time. Almost all the faculty have their Mtech done and some even have PhDs. The institution follows the course curriculum provided by the VTU. Exams are conducted based on VTU timetable.
Other: The college is best know for its cultural fest and the college fest.

Really facilities, good faculty, satisfied.
Placements: We had fewer recruiters that year because it just ended. The next batch had good placements, and almost 75% of them got placed with good packages and are doing well. In our college, you can get a good package in a reputed company if you do well in your exams, and placement support will be there.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure with well-maintained labs. The computer labs are up to date, and you can find everything required for your labs on campus. The college is located outside the city, so you may have to adjust sometimes. Overall, it's a good place to study.
Faculty: The syllabus gets completed on time as per the curriculum provided by the VTU. Teaching is good, and the faculty will be very supportive, helping you with your exams. The teaching quality of the staff is good; they will provide you with everything to make you industry-ready.
Other: The main reason for me to choose this course is that I completed my Diploma in the same course, and I wanted to continue in the same field.

It is an average college with decent college life experience.
Placements: During my tenure, there was COVID-19 pandemic. However, a decent number of students from all branches got placed in companies like Amazon, Oracle, Mercedes, Bosch, etc. I don't know the exact number of students who got placed, but the average salary package offered is around 4 LPA-5 LPA. Every student did an internship on their own, so don't expect anything from college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good here, and it's designed beautifully by considering the modern style of architecture. Free Wi-Fi facility, good labs and classrooms, along with a decent library and also a digital library are provided here. The food served in the hostel is average. Sports facilities are not much good, and there is not any ground. So, basically, the basketball court is the only common spot where every sport like cricket, football and somewhat basketball are played. The gym is small and decent. There's a medical facility for namesake, and it hasn't used yet.
Faculty: Some teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. Our college follows the guidelines of VTU, which has a very old course curriculum. So, I don't feel that the course curriculum completely prepares students, but this college tries to prepare them.
Other: The exposure to the industry is really good in Bangalore, so it was one of the reasons for me to choose this course. I chose EEE because I always wanted to learn the core subjects. I wish that our course would focus more on practical things and training rather than theoretical and assignments, which every student just copies, so they are not useful. The fest organised here is decent enough. In the previous fest, the main good thing was Kenny Sebastian. This college doesn't have a ground, so if you are interested in sports, you would be highly disappointed here. Only indoor games like squash, badminton, gym, table tennis, chess and carrom are provided, along with an outdoor basketball court.

Review of Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management.
Placements: The placement cell of Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management is very good. Every year, it invites at least 40 to 50 companies. Every year, a minimum of 500 students get placed in those companies. All the placement activities are done at the main campus (DSI) which is 13 km away from DSATM.
Infrastructure: Not many extracurricular activities are organised in the college. Students will not get support from the college. They give much importance to exams and studies, and all the others activities are given very less importance. Overall, the college has a very good infrastructure. You will not find such a good infrastructure which is built in a small area.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are not well-experienced. They only stick to books except for one or two faculty members. Students have to study on their own. If your behaviour is good, then faculty members will help you. There is a very good environment in EEE department.

The infrastructure is good, but the management needs a little improvement.
Placements: The placements were average but not satisfactory. They didn't allow many students who are eligible for placements and capable of getting placed. Many good companies didn't visit the college in the last semester, and the core companies never visit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was well maintained and beautiful, but it looked like a corporate office rather than a college. Many of the facilities like Wi-Fi, auditorium, etc., were not available. Other than that, the college was well-equipped and subtle.
Faculty: The teachers were well trained, qualified and knowledgeable. The student-faculty ratio was 40:1. But, the teachers were a little orthodox. They make the girls and boys sit separately in different rows. The course curriculum is of no use in the industry where we are working. They just make us mug all the books and write the same answers in exams.

My Degree College DSATM, The Best.
Placements: In this college have great placement facility. In college only they provide pre placement training which will help during the placements. In our senior batch about 60% people got placed but our batch got 78% placement (who are eligible as per companies norm). The companies visited are Accenture, Infosys, NTT Data, Oracle, Cognizant and some core companies. The highest salary 9 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 2.2lakhs per annum and average salary is 3.8 Lacs per annum. For internship you have to look outside companies.
Infrastructure: College had great infrastructure. Sofesticated classroom, highly equipped labs with great faculty, No Wi-Fi but computer systems are available for Web searching. In college there is medical assistance room. They encourage for sports and games, as they conduct it in regular. Canteen food is good (only veg is available). Hostels rooms are good and cleanly maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly knowledge persons and well qualified. They taught well in the class and they follow AV technology for some topics to get understood to the students. The students to faculty ratio is 20:1. in 3rd year there will be industry exposure programme which is also part of curriculum. They will follow course curriculum on day to day basis.
Other: Many events were organised by college, also within department. Fest will conduct every year without fail which increases our celebration and time to showcase our talent. Ganesha festival and holi are celebrated every year. Camps is slightly crowded, college bus facility and also BMTC facility is there. Scholarship will provide. They encourage in extracurricular activities.

Overall good college with one of the best infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are good for us and seniors batches also. 90% students who are eligible have been placed. The highest package is 9 Lacs and the lowest is 2.5 Lacs per annum. Majorly IT companies visit our college infact the campus placements are combined with the DAYANANDA SAGAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. IT jobs are offered. College will not provide any internship, but students has to take internship from various companies. Placement cell is working at our college which helps in proper placements.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure in the city, proper Wi-Fi facility is not available, sophisticated labs, medical care is present inside campus, sports center is available. Main disagree factor is about playground. As basketball court is the only outdoor ground present it was used for all purpose. A Canteen is present which provides good quality of food but it is quite costly.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful and are qualified too. The teaching quality is good. Regularly for every semester they are conducting three internal assessments, lab internals, some other curricular activities. Every odd semester some departments allow us to go for a industrial visit, which helps for the growth and knowledge of students in practical sector. As of now in our department 12 teaching and 5 non-teaching staffs are working for 120 students.
Other: Yearly one NATIONAL CONFERENCE will be held during odd semester. Fest named as "ESPERANZA" will be held in the college. Which is having duration nearly two weeks and it consists of sports, other competitions. College is located on the outskirts of Bengaluru which has connectivity with BMTC buses, Local cabs.

Dayananda Sagar of academy and technology college is good.
Placements: In electrical and electronics engineering, 50–60% are placed. If the student passes the criteria then, the student will be placed in another company. The education is good. I am feeling proud to be in the Dayananda Sagar academy of technology and management.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. We can play badminton, table tennis, chess, and carrom boards also. The Wi-Fi speed is good, and the classrooms are neat throughout the campus. There are a lot of trees, and the restrooms are a little bad.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They are friendly with students. Electrical and electronics engineering is a little tough. There are 8 semesters in the course and the pass mark is 35. The minimum CGPA is 6.5. Overall, the college is good.
