The Intelligence of Academy of Technology.
Placements: One hundred percent of students from our college course are placed. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is twenty thousand per year. The top recruiting companies include Tata Conservancy Services, SAPCO, Morton Brand Ghee, and Manforce Condom.
Infrastructure: There are no Wi-Fi facilities on our campus. We have up to one hundred laboratories and five hundred classrooms in our college. There are three libraries on our college campus. The food at the hostel is delicious.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely helpful, friendly, and well-qualified. They are brilliant and obviously helpful. The curriculum is relevant to the industry, and semester exams are easy to clear, with a passing rate of 95 percent.

I strongly advise against enrolling in AOT.
Placements: In covid time that was 2021,22 the placement was good each and every student got placed in some service based company. The average package was around 3.5-4.2 LPA (appx 15-30k pm). In 2023 placement was good but not good as previous. Previous persistent system was allowed all discipline students. But in 2023 they only allowed CSE branch student. Why I'm focus on this company? Because this is good service based company and also the package is 4.2 LPA. In 2023 mass recruiter company was KPIT the package around 3.5 LPA. And currently 2024 placement is going on and this is the worse placement record ever because it is recession time also. I heard that some days ago a company was visited our campus who was offering sales job. There criteria was you must have bike. It is funny. Not so. Yes that is the situation right now.
Infrastructure: First of all the worse thing which have in our college is lab. Why? Okay lets me explain.
1. You will not get any kind of free Wi-Fi at all. Only in online exam time you can access internet through college computer.
2. Every 4th computer are in not working condition.
3. Each and every computer have some problem. Like some haven't some key in keyword. Every mouse are not work properly, display are not good.
4. And most important thing is lab assistant's are noob. They even don't know how to solve error. If you ask any kind of question they can't explain properly. Yes they can write code because same thing they are writing since 5-6 years. But if new problem is coming they can't solve.
5. In core labs the all machines/devices not work properly.
Faculty: 1. Some teachers are good but most of them are not. And also most of them are not friendly.
2. The course curriculum is irrelevant. The things are just mug up before one night before exam and write it on Next day.
3. College took 10k every even semester for provide training classes. After all this you even not learn 1% of the thing. Because poor teaching quality and management quality.

It is a very good college for placements.
Placements: From the 7th semester, students start sitting for campus placements. Many companies come for placements. Last year, it was 65+ (as per a teacher). Most of the students get placement. The average package is around 360000/annum, and the highest package goes up to 10-12 LPA. Around 99% CSE, IT, ECE students get placed if not core then in IT companies but the core branches like ME, CIVIL have placement percent of around 75% but it is increasing every year.
Infrastructure: The main plus of this college is that it is very strict. With all its activities. If you want, then also you can't give less attention to your studies. It provides good books from the library. The exam structure is semester based. There will be 8 semesters. The boy's hostels provide you with a room, and the girls' has a come sharing room as well. We get some storage space, a bed, a chair, and a table. Its quality is very good. And Wi-Fi - services are also very good. Lunch and dinner are provided by the mass. And the electricity and mess fees are actual.
Faculty: I chose Electronics & communication engineering because of my interest in the Electronics segment. The faculty-student ratio is good and suitable. The faculty members are highly qualified with-in depth knowledge in their respective fields. The course fees is 360000. The exam system is quite challenging here because every month we have to give tests according to the schedule of college.
Other: It is a very good campus. Campus is too much big. For the last 3 years, there is no fest in our college due to the COVID-19. There is a football and volleyball ground as well. The fee structure is slightly less than the other colleges so it's good for middle -class family. We have to submit our fees semester-wise, and there are various scholarship opportunities also present like SVMCM.

There are really good infrastructure and facilities here.
Placements: Now there is a COVID-19 pandemic, but our college still has provided opportunities for us. The strength of our class is 60 students, out of which 40 students are eligible for job roles. Many students have already been placed in TCS and Cognizant, and these two companies were the mass recruiters. Almost all students who qualified in the aptitude test and were interviewed got selected. Core companies such as Johnson Controls, etc., also visited here to offer placements for our branch, but students who have 80% of marks in their 10th-12th standard were eligible to attend. This year Persistent also visited here for our stream. So, I think that if you work hard and have luck, then you will surely get an on-campus job. There are more opportunities for CSE, IT and ECE branches as more companies visit and prefer students of those streams. But it depends on your hard work.
Infrastructure: I do not stay in the hostel, but as I have heard from my friends, the hostel rules are quite strict, and you have to maintain an attendance of 80%. Otherwise, they don't allow you to stay after giving a warning 3-4 times. The food served here is the same as in every hostel. The canteen is not fancy as shown in the movies, but you will get quite good food. Medical facilities are also good, and there is always an ambulance in the college. So, in case of an emergency, they take the patient to a nearby hospital. For small medications, there are medicines in the college admin building only. There is a basketball court, football ground and a badminton court as well. Students also play volleyball in front of the hostel. Inter and intra-college tournaments are also conducted in our college.
Faculty: The teachers here are very qualified. Our HOD is very knowledgeable, and other faculty members are also good. One of the teams of our batch went to Pune under the guidance of one of the teachers to participate in KPIT's event. The rank of their project was really good. So, teachers are very helpful, and they show you the correct path.
Other: The best part of our college is its fest named Arcadia, and in the last year, Mika Singh visited the college during the fest. The fresher's party is average, and it actually depends on the senior batch.

AOT is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students from our course got placed mainly in TCS. Our college is one of the best in terms of private colleges in West Bengal. Our college is in the top 5 private colleges in West Bengal. The good thing is about simplicity in the placements. You can see all the placement data on our college website.
Infrastructure: The best part about this college is its infrastructure though I can't say much about the hostel. But I have seen the hostel rooms. The hostel rooms are decent enough. Our college provides facilities like table tennis, common TV facility, etc. Food served in the hostel get a little boring after some time.
Faculty: Overall, it is a good college. Communication skills of some faculty should be improved. But in terms of helping the students and guiding them, they will always be available for you. It is all up to you that how you can get the best out of them at some point of time. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders or M.Tech qualified from IITs or Rajabazar Science College. The lab assistants hold a diploma of engineering in the corresponding field.
