Good faculty and campus life, but needs more internships and practical exposure.

Placements: Around 40-50% placement in the BA Programme (Psychology + English). The highest package is 6-8 LPA, the lowest is 2-3 LPA, and the average is 3.5-4 LPA. Companies include Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, and EY. Around 20-30% of students got internships in NGOs, HR firms, teaching, and counselling organisations. Roles include HR associate, content writer, counsellor intern, and teaching assistant.

Infrastructure: Aryabhatta College has smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, a basic psychology lab, and a decent library but no hostel; students stay in PGs nearby. The canteen food is hygienic and affordable, medical help is limited to first aid, and sports facilities are good.

Faculty: Faculty & Curriculum (4/5): Teachers are helpful, qualified, and teach conceptually well. The curriculum is theoretical but builds a strong base, though it is not fully industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and most students pass easily with a pass percentage of around 85-90%.

Other: I am from the B.A. Programme (Psychology + English) batch of 2024-2025. I chose this course to understand human behaviour and improve communication skills. The best things are the interesting psychology topics and supportive faculty. I wish there were more practical exposure, internships, and specialized books in the library. The campus has a good crowd, strong DU connectivity, and is near Satya Niketan for food joints. Fests like Ecstasy are fun, and there are many active societies and extracurricular activities. However, there is no hostel or scholarship facility here.

College is really good.

Placements: Total 60 students were placed in our course. The higgest package of our college is 21 lpa. There is very very big companies recruiting like derma puritys etc 60 % students got internship from our college. Students was happy with the placements.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good . Aryabhatta have two buildings one is kusumpur and second is tarengna. Faculties of our college is good . A canteen of our college is nice , the quality of food is good with the decent prize and games room is nice.

Faculty: The professors our college is great every professor is have a great knowledge and experience and the way of his teaching is really, really good. Yes, this course is curriculam realvant . Exam is not so much difficult maximum students get passed .

Other: I choose this course because for my self growth , for understanding human behaviour and pschology is very rare comparison beween others . One thing that imporving by college is sometimes professor not taking the class and now talk about is fest , campus and all this is really good.

Experience at the South Campus of DU.

Placements: There are about 60 students in my specific course, yet about 500 in all combinations of B.A. programme degree. The lowest placement is around 1.5 LPA, and the highest in my specified course could go up to 7 LPA, I believe in 2025, and mostly medical or organisational MNCs hire from my course as their HR or assistant counsellors. About 30-40 per cent of students apply for the internship and get into it after the 3rd year or so The top roles are mostly in the field of psychology if you want it directly after 3rd year.

Infrastructure: There are 3 buildings here, 2 are pre-existing, of about 3 floors each and 1 new building that was recently finished in 2025 mid-year and is of about 7-8 floors. All of them are with lifts, and the infrastructure is good, but there are a lot of muddy ways in the rainy season. Otherwise, it's fine. There is 1 common ground of football and 1 main canteen with 2 small shops, as well as a utility area.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified with their doctorate and Ph.D. Degrees. They are good at explaining the topics and concepts, and most teachers are sweet and well-versed in both English and Hindi. The course is relevant because of its demand, I guess. The exams are of moderate difficulty in my course, I would say. We can get help from previous year questions as well, and seniors help too.

Other: The course is in high demand, and the professional need for this course is as well. We have quite a few options while we opt for this course, hence, this course is quite flexible for what it offers, and not all universities have this course. Events here in university are great, including the selection as well and fest with cultural activities is fun.

Decent college, but if you have some other college campus, go there.

Placements: No good company has come to college for a placement drive, and the companies that provide internships earlier give PPO every week. The average package is around 2 LPA-4 LPA, the highest is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. So, find your own company outside the college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure has 2 buildings, and practical labs are available. The sports ground is shared with Ram Lal Anand. There are Wi-Fi issues. The library has limited books, and research materials are scarce. No hostel are available, but nearby options are available like Satya Niketan, Anand Niketan (for girls), but high-priced Munirka, Jia Sarai at comparatively low prices.

Faculty: Curriculum and exams are still decently done, but faculty members of some departments, namely History, Computer Science, and Hindi, seriously need to make their way of teaching more student-friendly. Some teachers of English and economics departments also come in the same category. Luckily, teachers of psychology are even great to have as a faculty with good teaching skills, students' interaction, and helpful nature, even provide subject material in PDFs if not available in library.

Other: The fest is so bad in the college that a small space near the canteen is given to put the stage, not even the sports ground with a huge area. So, an average college's first recommendation is that if you get any other option on campus, go there.
