Stunning experience being a student of BESC.
Placements: Above 60% of marks in 12 is required for those students who get placed in my course. My course offered Rs 50,000 per semester which is normal for professional course. Top news channel is the best recruiting company for my course. The students who achieve 80% in semesters can get jobs and internships in any well-known place.
Infrastructure: My college has a lot of facilities and it is totally air-conditioned. Canteen food is really good (veg food is available. Libraries contain all the mandatory books. Classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. Sports area is there for our refreshment.
Faculty: Teachers are really very good. They are helpful and friendly. They taught at their level best. My course is a media line. My college contains all the important items needed for my course. This course has vast industry. Semester exams are easy if you learn as usual. The pass percentage is 40% as we are under Calcutta University.
Other: I chose this course because I love the media world. I think this is the best course for my dream. You can get a vast opportunity in work life on this course. BESC is famous for its fests and events and has the biggest college fest i.e., Umang. Scholarships are available only for 90% marks students.

Great college with good facilities.
Placements: In general, JMC students don't get placed after graduation; they go to higher education, like masters. In master's, they get help from faculty members. But if you want to work, you will get less amount in income but you will get good experience and real-time knowledge. The average package is 300000-400000.
Infrastructure: Library classes are perfect and comfortable with smart technology. Lab has a decent system and you can get access to many software programs, mostly paid but free, like Quark Express and Premier Pro. The library is also great with most of the books, where you can access games.
Faculty: Faculty members are great; they have real-time experience in the field. All professors are knowledgeable in their own field and very friendly, which helps in the curriculum. You can access them; they will provide help anyhow. Overall, there is good college faculty and you can join in to have a great experience.
Other: Non-academic activities are very popular in this college, which you can get into collectively, like drama, dance, art, writing, music, fashion and all. Fest is also very famous in Umang.

A very disciplined and well-maintained college with lots of opportunities in every field.
Placements: Though there is no placement guarantee in the course. College has arranged career cafes in which people are directly hired by companies like Sanmarg, T2, and many others. A lot of our seniors have started their careers in this, even we get internships in the very first semester of our course.
Infrastructure: We get the best facilities with good Wi-Fi connection, air-conditioned classrooms, good food, and library facilities. Mess food is not that good but the canteen is 8 out of 10. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, labs, and advanced technologies to encourage students to participate more.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. The curriculum includes all the aspects of practical and theoretical knowledge that help students handle real-life pressure. The exams are arranged with strict discipline, and biasness is never encouraged.
Other: The best thing about the course is that it develops the confidence of public speaking and makes you feel more enthusiastic about your goal.

Review on Bhawanipur Education Society College.
Placements: Our college provides placements and gives all the students the opportunity to achieve success in their future. Companies like TCS, ICICI Bank, YES, Whirlpool, and many more renowned companies come to take interviews. Average packages can be up to 8 LPA and even more. My course needs at least 60% marks to get admission. Some important roles can be Journalism, News Reader, RJ (Radio Jockey), Cinematographer, and many more.
Infrastructure: Our department has a Lab and also a Studio for shooting and recording purposes. It is well-decorated and maintained. Even our lab consists of a small library where all kinds of books related to journalism and mass communication are included. Even extracurricular books are also kept there. Classrooms have 2 air conditioners, a projector, a notice board. Our college doesn't have any hostel facilities. But they do arrange PGs (paying guests) for the outstation students.
Faculty: Teachers of our course are well-trained and experienced. They are all very helpful and teach us well. They are always available to help us in every possible way they can. This subject is a modern one and very much needed in today's world. This subject teaches you many new things that people do not even know. Semester exams are quite tough, and even class tests occur on a regular basis. The pass percentage is 40% for the main subjects and 30% for the general subjects.
Other: Journalism and Mass Communication is a modern course and very needed in today's world. This has a broad field to work in various industries. We can learn editing video, photos, audio. We learn camera angles, shooting, new media, communication research. It would have been better if we got chances to work with big industries. About fests, our college is very renowned in whole Kolkata. Almost every month there are 2-3 fests either conducted by the college authority or the students or any specific department itself. Extracurricular activities such as dance, music, acting, NCC, NSS, many more are there. Workshops are held frequently. Celebrities are called in fests, and even actors come to our college for their film promotions.
