Mixed feeling with my college experience, fun life but not great future.
Placements: The college offers only placement for BBA and not much placement support. I got zero support in placement and I don't think good opportunities are there as all my batchmates haven’t received any placement-related mail or information. Placement is a disaster in this college.
Infrastructure: The infra is really good. No hostel is available. A small ground for 5v5 football. The canteen is huge and always filled. The sports and dance events are really fun and well-organized. The college provides food at every event, so that's a plus point. Overall, college life will be great.
Faculty: Studies and exams are great and strict. The teachers are really helpful and also supportive. The college organizes events and there is always something to do. The course curriculum is relevant and useful for the future. The exams are difficult as no cheating is allowed.
Other: The college is filled with events, so a fun experience in college.

Best faculty members and a good environment. But placement is low.
Placements: Science department of BESC is so good. But, there is a low chance of on-campus job roles, as it is under CU, so students can only have some small internships.
Infrastructure: Course structure and infrastructure of college are top-notch. Classrooms have air conditioners and we have best library in BESC. Every. The campus is well-decorated.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful. From them, students can learn more about the subject beyond your syllabus. Course is under Calcutta University, so it is quite tough. But teachers give their best in teaching. Semester exams are quite tough, and you need to study well to pass.
Other: If students want a great college life with a good campus and events, besides gaining good knowledge, they can go for it.

A college in Kolkata with good placement and exceptional infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Overall there is no fixed percentage of students who get successful placements but in general most do. From the computer science department, the placements and internships are still much better with many companies approaching our department specifically. Roles vary from interns and assistants to landing jobs as group leaders directly.
Infrastructure: Objectively speaking the best thing about the college definitely has to be the infrastructure a provides that a multiple Wi-Fi routers present all across the hallways and classrooms which are accessible by the students. The lap facilities are truly impeccable with especially the computer labs being updated with latest computer systems with all the necessary software.
Faculty: All the teachers from the computer science department are due required and helpful to was the students and always help them out with whatever is necessary. The teachers are qualified more than enough for the exams and their knowledge level reflects the same. Exide by the Calcutta University and Julie and nicely implemented by the college and all the necessary information and topics are taught well by the teachers. The semester exams of which the peoples I said by the college are of an adequate and understand difficulties and the people help of the students as much as the can without going to any unethical or unfair means.

It is the best for college for exposure.
Placements: Placements are not much good in our college. The highest salary package offered ranges between 10 LPA - 12 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has one building. It is sufficient because many students won't come to college. All classrooms are top-notch compared to IITs. Our college does not provide any kind of hostel or accommodation.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. B.Com students of our college are doing CA, CS, and CMA, so they won't attend classes.
Other: I opted for this course because I am doing CA, and the syllabus of our course and attendance is not mandatory in this college.

The one institute that focuses on bringing up the talents of students other than syllabus!
Placements: The placements for my course are better than most of the colleges. The average yearly package is nearly 2 to 4 lakh per annum. The highest package was 44 LPA which an ex-student of this college got after pursuing M.Sc from Jadavpur University in West Bengal. Most of the students were placed in Wipro, TCS, etc. Most roles were sales executive or simple call center jobs.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure is good and the quality of teaching is good. The classrooms are fully air conditioned provided with projectors for smart teaching. The quality of food provided from canteen is good but I am not satisfied with the cost of food.
Faculty: They take regular tests and they have a separate period to talk to students about the difficulties they face. The teachers guide the students about career options. The average pass percentage from my department is nearly 94%.
Other: This institution provides a lot of exposure for the students and helps in the self-building of students. A lot of events and opportunities are provided for the non-scholastic personality building of students.

Dissatisfied with the placements, but it has really good faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Bhawanipur Educational Society College offers placements but not that often. From my course, Bachelor of science in mathematics hons., none of the students were placed. We were not even given any such opportunity. Whatever companies came, they recruited students either from BBA or B.Com. None of the students in my course got any job or internship.
Infrastructure: The college provides excellent infrastructure. The classrooms are large, well-lit and air-conditioned. The labs are fully equipped, and all kinds of instruments are present in ample amount. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Students need to sign in by phone number every time they connect. The canteen offers fresh and healthy snacks at a very nominal rate, that is easily affordable by the students. There is a medical room on the ground floor near the canteen, and whoever doesn't feel good can visit there and get a check-up. The college has a big sports room. It is fully equipped with all sorts of indoor games and outdoor games facilities. One cannot enter the sports room without their ID card. The top floor, i.e., sixth floor, has a library. The library is one of the best places in the college, where you can relax amidst the pile of books. The library is fully digitalized. The books are well sorted as per the course offered. It also has 10-15 desktops present for research purposes. You can find newspapers and journals from different publishers there daily. There is no hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. They are well qualified and experienced. They teach in a manner where you can easily learn. The curriculum is as per the UGC guidelines, but I feel they are not much relevant to the industry. The courses don't make you job-ready. Like any other college or schools, exams seem to be easy if you have studied thoroughly. The pass percentage is really good.

It is a top BBA college in Kolkata every year and is the best college for science and commerce.
Placements: Our college provides good placements only for B.Com and BBA students. Top companies like IBM, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, and other big companies come to recruit students. They mostly come to our college with a good salary package and it could be 4-5 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big and vibrant. All the classrooms are well-equipped and include projectors, and are Wi-Fi enabled. The library is quite good with all the necessary equipment. Canteen facility is also good, hygienic food is served but there is no hostel facility for students. Sports room is available and every year a sports tournament is held.
Faculty: Faculty members are very well qualified, and most of them are Ph.D. holders. They are very friendly, helpful, and very experienced. Only for Chemistry honors students, industry visits are held. Our college is under Calcutta University so the semester exam papers are quite tough and the pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it since childhood. In our college, the best fest in the city is held. Every year, Bollywood celebrities and singers are invited to perform in our college. This year, the crowd is going crazy.

The college has really good faculty and infrastructure but not placements.
Placements: Placements are not good here. None of our seniors got placed. I have never heard of anyone got a job from our college. Companies visit the college and students attend the interviews, but they don't conduct placements. There is a placement cell in our college, but it is not useful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. There are well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms, and a well-managed library with more than 40,000 books. Medical facilities are good, and everything here is hassle-free. Sports and games room is also available, and the canteen offers good food. There are no hostels. The campus has free Wi-Fi, but access limit of only 20Mb.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified here. Their teaching methods depend on the topics, could be through projectors or on board. Students get industry exposure. They provide 30-36 hours of classes per week, including practicals and theory for each batch. The course curriculum is good.
Other: The college organises many events frequently. Among all Umang is the best fest. Humsufi band, Guru Randhawa, Ankit Tiwari and many celebrities will visit the college during fests and perform.

Yes, Bhawanipur College is a good college. The campus will be awesome and the facilities that will be provided to you will make you feel comfortable. You will learn a lot and at the same time enjoy the environment. Don't expect placement initially but few companies will come.
