Our college is the best in case of placements and facilities.

Placements: At our college, most of the students got placed but some students wanted higher studies and they went for B.Tech. The highest package offered by our college was above Rs 20,000. The lowest salary was Rs 13,000, and the average salary was Rs 15,000 to Rs 16,000. Companies like TCS, L&T, and Cummins were recruiting from our college. Internships were provided in our college but a small percentage of students accepted it.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college was good and facilities provided by them good as well. Our college had labs for different departments like ME, EE, etc. Wi-Fi, digital classrooms, library were available in our college. Hostel and canteen were not available in this college. But they offered us a playground for playing outdoor games like cricket, football, and indoor games like carrom and table tennis.

Faculty: Our teachers were so helpful, qualified, and highly knowledgeable. They behave very friendly with us. They used to teach us in such a way that was exceptionally well. The diploma course was purely curriculum relevant. If any student attended the practical classes properly then they will be surely ready for industry work. Semester exams were not so difficult in our college. Pass percentage was 34%.

Other: From the tenth standard, I had some interest in technical studies that's the reason I chose this course. The best part of this course was that you will know many things like how machines work and other many things. I would like to improve my auto cad knowledge about this course. Our college used to organise freshers welcome, basanto utsab, teachers day, and many others.

It is a government polytechnic college, so you should have a good rank to get admission.

Placements: About 80% of the students in our class got placements from various companies. The average salary offered is Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. Various companies like CEAT Tyre, Krishna Maruti, Bridgestone Tyre, L&T and Thoughtworks. I also got a job in Krishna Maruti in the operating trainee engineer sector.

Infrastructure: The library is very good, and I like the infrastructure of the workshop. There are no college hostels, but you can find many messes nearby college. You can also find mess or hostel from our seniors. The college canteen is available at a very low price.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and helpful, and in workshop and practical workshops, teachers are very good. This course makes students industry-ready. Including this course, you should also do some side courses like AutoCAD and industrial training in the factory. Semester exams are not that hard. Overall, the faculty members are very good.

Other: Learning about mechanical engineering has been my dream since childhood, so I have chosen this stream. The college campus is very good, and seniors are also helpful to juniors. Our college is totally ragging free. Events, fests, seminars and annual sports days are also conducted here.

If you wish to do polytechnic. You get in this college without any hesitation.

Placements: Best polytechnic college ever. Also 99% chance to get placement at mechanical branch. College provide such good company for placement like L&T, WIPRO, BAJAJ MOTORS, CEAT TYRE, TEGA INDUTRY, KRISHNA MARUTI, CAPGIMINI. etc. In my vision, the highest package is 2.4 - 2.5 lack per annum, medium package is 1.8 - 2.0 lack per annum and the lowest package is 1.2 - 1.4lack per annum .

Infrastructure: Everything is available except hostel. College campus is full of green charming place. In this college has 5 Diploma stream, mechanical, electrical, electronics & telecommunication, computer science. And also a post diploma course is available here, (medical electronics). This college has a big library facilities. All workshop is available and their specialist teacher. Canteen also available. Many types of games such as cricket, football, caram, table tennis, volleyball is available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful any problem every time they co-operate with us. I passed with 75% marks in DME branch. I think that if you stay in your study you must score good marks. Without any hesitation you admit central Calcutta polytechnic college.

Other: I choose this stream because about 100% students of this college get placement .

It is one of the best government polytechnic colleges for ME, EE, CST, E&PDME, etc.

Placements: CCP is one of the oldest polytechnic colleges of Kolkata. Many well-known companies like ITC, Blue star, L&T, JBM, Tata Power, Godrej any more companies recruited diploma engineers from our college with more than average pay scale and extra benefits in all over India.

Infrastructure: Our college was entirely equipped with modern laboratory tools. It had a sufficient number of classrooms and laboratories. There was a huge library room where a sufficient number of books were available for students. Machine shop, pattern shop, fitting shop, and welding shops were also fully equipped.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were highly qualified and experienced in their domain. Their behaviour was too good, and they were much helpful. They provided us with not only theoretical knowledge, but they also gave us knowledge about the modern industry also. They helped us to groom our soft skills.

Other: Every college cultural programme and blood donation camps were organised in our college.

CCP is one of the best diploma engineering colleges of WB.

Placements: It is the best polytechnic college of West Bengal. It has an excellent placement record in the last few years. Many well-known companies from all over India like ITC, L&T, Blue Star and many other companies require diploma engineers from this college with excellent payrolls.

Infrastructure: Our college has sufficient classrooms and laboratories. Laboratories are equipped with all modern equipment. In the machine shop, many types of machines like lathe, milling machine and shaping machines are available. Our college has a machine shop, fitting shop, pattern shop, welding shop and a computer lab for mechanical engineering students.

Faculty: Teachers and technical staff members are highly qualified and experienced in their industrial field as well as in the teaching field. They are not giving us only theoretical knowledge but also give us industry-related practical knowledge. They also help us to groom our soft skills.
