Review of Faculty of Engineering, Christ.
Placements: Placements are good with reasonable salary packages. Almost every student get placed by the end of March. The highest salary package offered is around 14 LPA and the average lowest salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Mostly the highest salary packages will be bagged by marketing students. Other specialisation students also get good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The college has an awesome infrastructure with all necessary facilities. The campus is huge and is located in the heart of the city. There are forensic labs in the campus for finance students and other useful labs for other specialisation students, which help them in getting practical exposure related to the market.
Faculty: Faculty members are exceptionally well, and they have industry experience of more than 10 years. The course curriculum is designed as per the current market trends and as per the expectation of the industrialist. The curriculum is more research-oriented. Faculty members expect more research work in the assignments also. Next year onwards students have to take master thesis mandatorily.
Other: The college is good and accredited with AA by NAAC.

Come and experience the Christ University.
Placements: Though we are the first batch, a couple of companies visited our campus. The average salary offered by the companies was Rs. 2 lakhs per annum and the students were offered the designation of Project Trainer. The students got the internship in different corporate companies, but they did not get any stipend. They did get a valuable experience than the stipend instead.
Infrastructure: The facilities on the campus are top-notch. The whole campus is interconnected with Wi-Fi but the social networking sites are blocked. All the classrooms are smart classrooms, and the library has a good number of books and volumes available. There is no special medical facility on the campus but a doctor used to visit the campus twice in a week. All kinds of sports facilities are available here.
Faculty: Each department has a healthy students-faculty ratio. The faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable, and all the students are cable of doing the in-house projects with their help. All the faculty members are accessible anytime, and they will take care of the students at the time of examinations.

A very good college to learn and reach new heights.
Placements: The placements are less in number, especially for the MTech power system branch as most of the visiting companies were from the IT field. The internship was compulsory for 1 month, which in a job-oriented market is simply useless. The best thing is to do a 1-year internship in any reputed company rather than doing a project there for 6 months.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructure any student can wish for is available here. All the facilities are available including amendments for all type of sports. The hostel rooms are among the best as well considering the facilities and services there, and the hostel is kept clean almost all of the time. Two canteens are available for north Indian as well as south Indian dishes, and there are well-equipped labs and a state-of-the-art library.
Faculty: The faculty members are all well- qualified and good. Some lack the teaching capability but a few of them excel in the same as well. We have got lots of industry exposure, and the course curriculum in terms of the subject, was useful but for the coming batches, a 1-year internship would be better than a 6-month project.

Teachers are average and campus is clean but not even near to Bangalore city.
Placements: The placements are better compared to other colleges. The salary package varies from 12- 5 Lacs. The placement cell is good. About 20% of the students are provided internships from the college. The companies visiting the college include almost all the good companies in and around Bangalore.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is new and good. The canteen provides south Indian, north Indian and Arabic foods. The campus is lush green and the entire campus including the hostel is very clean. But the location is very far from City. Bangalore city is around 1 hour 30 minds away from the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and are well qualified. The teaching quality is average, as it varies from teacher to teacher. A variety of teaching methods are used. The student to faculty ratio is very poor. We use cookies to improve experience. By continuing to browse the site, you agree to our privacy and cookies policy.
Other: Campus is not crowded, surroundings are of a remote area.
