I enjoyed this college life and environment very much. I am proud to be part of this college.

Placements: Most of the top companies like Wipro select students for the different profiles. Most of the students got placed in different companies with good packages. Students were placed as a developer, designers in different companies, and got selected for role internships also.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was well developed and updated. Multiple laboratories with all advanced computers with the latest configurations. Proper internet facilities with good uploading and downloading speed. Other sports and curriculum activities-related facilities were on the point.

Faculty: All the teachers were helpful during the study period as well as in exam time. All were well educated and experienced with their field and subject. They also provide general life lessons along with personal development. They guide students on the other subjects also.

Other: I opted for this course, because I want to develop an app.

Good placement and teacher are well educated.

Placements: The placement in a college are luring and attractive as most of the people get placed. Almost 85% of the students got placed. There is a placement cell on the campus, and it is helpful for student. The placement and training cell provides the good placement and package.

Infrastructure: The college has separate seminar room, lecture halls for each department and computer laboratories for a IT students. The labs are fully equipped with the latest hardware support and required open-source software. Lecture halls and seminar room are also equipped with desktop and LCD projector. All the facility along with faculty rooms and office are connected to the principal office.

Faculty: Everything is at best here. This is what we defined about college life. Study is great, Teachers give their best, really hardworking and are very cooperative. They are skilled teachers in his college. All the teachers are very cooperative. Educated teachers and good staff.

Our college builds the career of every student who wants to gain additional knowledge.

Placements: About 60% of students or above got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the salary package offered is 2 LPA. Kotak Bank, Mahindra Bank, Infosys and Wipro are the top recruiters of our college. Placements and job opportunities are very good, especially for the speaker roles both academic and personally a student is checked for on-campus placements interviews. Many tests and interviews are conducted for the previous year students in their respective courses. The main roles offered are a teacher, app developer, website creator, digital marketing, etc.

Infrastructure: There are three hostels in our college, two for boys and one for girls. There are three different kitchens for respective hostels, and the food served is okay, but not much good or not much bad. Even we can't eat the food without hesitation, and students prefer hostels here.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good, and there are many teachers. There is very less gap or personalise between the students and teachers as they are very friendly. They focus much on weak students without neglecting other students. They take care of every student. There are many both permanent and temporary faculty members.

Other: In India, the IT sector is developing day by day, so this course will help me in securing my future aspects. I wish that most of the work should be practical rather than theory. There is a separate experienced teacher for practical.

Our college is worth the money, and some of the world top-rated industries offer placements here.

Placements: Above 60% of the students got placed. The salary packages offered are range from 2.2 LPA to 4 LPA. The placement cell works very aggressively. A good number of companies also visit the campus for placements. But due to less number of service sectors and industries in the nearby area of Jalandhar, hence recruitment and packages offered are not high. The main top roles offered are teacher, programmer, web developer and app developer.

Infrastructure: There is a separate IT department in our college, and proper Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus. There is also a huge library in our college. I am a day scholar, so I don't have a personal hostel experience. But there are separate hostels for both boys and girls, and they are safe and secured for them.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and experienced. Some of them are government certified and highly professional members. There are many curricular activities for our course. An annual IT fest is organised for us to gain extra knowledge and also to improve our skills.

Other: In India, as we all know that the IT sector plays an important role, and I like to do something special for my nation, so I chose this course. I wish that they should include more practicals in our course.

Placements: Nearly 60 to 61% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. The average offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The lowest offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Roles like system analyst, programmer, system designer, software developer, etc., were offered to students. Important notice was display on the lab notice board. The library of our college is the biggest library among all the colleges. Classrooms are well-, well-lit, seating arrangement for the students was proper. Rooms were clean and proper in the hostel. Everything is well-maintained. There is small lawn in front of the hostel entrance. The food served in the mess is full of nutritive values that must be there for the proper development of students. Medical and sports facilities were also good. Different NCC camps were organised for students.

Faculty: The staff is well-educated, helpful, and always available for the students to help. Teachers were highly qualified in their particular course. They possess high knowledge about their course. The teaching way of the staff was good. They help to guide us for the further steps that must we are going to take next. This course is curriculum relevant Because this course provides different opportunities in different field of computers. Nowaday technology plays an important role. Everywhere there is a computer to make their work easier. They prepare us to crack the interview stage, question-answer stage and many more.

Other: I choose this course because I have a great interest in the programming lines and I also want to develop my software, so I opted this stream. Our college organises different events in our IT forum. The campus crowd of our college is helpful. They help in every event that is organised in our college. Our college has tie-ups with the different companies that visit our college and select some students. Our college also provides scholarship to the brilliant students.

Electricity facility is available in every classroom, and the library is huge. There is a huge kind of books, and we can get any book we want from the library. Hostel facilities are good for students, and food is available 3 times a day with good quality and hygienic. The canteen has everything to eat. A dispensary is also available in our college where all types of medicines are available for any problem. There is a separate department for sports and games where interested students can get training in sports and participate in sports at the international or national level from the college.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, knowledgeable, and they help us in every aspect of our course. They also share their own experiences with us and direct us to study. They also inform us about the best jobs and companies available for our course. This course is curriculum relevant, and it provides us with the best learning skills through which we can get knowledge of any aspect or role of information technology. It makes us ready for interviews at a high level and also to get jobs in the best IT companies in Pune, Delhi and Bangalore.

Other: The best thing about our course is technology, which is more important in today's and will also be in future. With the help of this course, we can gain knowledge of technology, which helps us to survive in this technically advanced world. We can get any type of job regarding this course as per our requirements and skills. I wish to improve my programming skills because most of our subjects based on programming. An IT fest is organised every year in our college for IT students where students can show their different skills in front of students, teachers and guests. It is for entertainment purpose also, and prize distribution is also done in this fest. Different study trips are conducted for different departments in our college. There is no extra crowd should be seen near the labs. Each room in the hostel should be clean and well-maintained. Everyone takes responsibility to look after the hostel no one is there to break the hostel rules. The food served to the hostlers are well-cooked, and it has all the nutrition that helps in their body growth and development.

Faculty: The staff of the DAV College Jalandhar were well-reputed. Teachers are always helpful to students, to give them the proper guidance, to direct them the right way. They also help students to choose the right stream according to their skills. All the teachers were well-qualified and knowledgable regarding their particular subjects. But not only there own particular subjects they also guide the students about how to deal with the other people and prepare them for the interview level. They are always available for students and always show 100% involvement in each function. The course curriculum is relevant because later on, I am going for the programmer, so I choose B.Sc. IT. They prepare students for different industries workload.

Other: The main purpose of choosing this course is to make myself well-trained in the field of programming. I have an interest in programming, and I want to make myself the best programmer. There are different languages in this course, and I want to tackle with the different languages. Our college organised different events in the IT forum regarding different affairs. The campus crowd of our college is always available to support us. Our college also has tie-ups with different companies that visit our campus to take interviews and to meet up with the staff.

Placements: Many companies visit our campus for job placements from time to time. If you topped a class, then you will be allowed to teach in that college. WIPRO, INFOSYS, and many companies visited many times during my tenure in college. Placement cell is working very aggressively, and a good amount of companies also visit our campus. It offers internship facility for courses which are practical or skill-based.

Infrastructure: I am pursuing my graduation here. The college environment is very calm and peaceful. The hostel is very clean, and the rooms are huge. There is also a Wi-Fi facility. It is one of the best colleges in terms of education. It has a good infrastructure. The college offers all types of courses which are not provided at some places. In this college, students understand the value of study and teacher. They respect their teachers as well. DAV College provides us with the opportunity to get involved in games and sports. It is also the best college in Jalandhar.

Faculty: Faculty members of this college are one of the best faculty as we compared with the faculty members of the leading colleges of the Jalandhar. They were very experienced and well-qualified. The staff at this college was also good and very supportive. All are well-experienced in their field. They help the student in a very good way and always ready to help them. They also help students who need extra time on any topic. They also provide practical training to students.

Other: Overall, college is the best in Jalandhar. Staffs are supportive, and discipline is maintained most of the time. Many non-teaching staff members are very well mannered for girls and boys. After passing intermediate in 2016, I just visited DAV College. I got admission in B.Sc. IT, by paying fees. No entrance exam is required to join this college. At first, they told me that there is only one seat left. But when I joined 30 more students got admission.
