Admission to all the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce courses is entrance-based. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 academic year. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12. TheCollege of Arts Delh offers sports facilities to students indoors and outdoors. There are also a number of games for children, such as Table Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Basket Ball, Yoga and so on. The college has a cafeteria inside the campus that offers students, teachers and staff lunch and snack. The College also has a wide range of books in languages such as Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali and many others on fine art, applied art, history of art, Aesthetics, method & materials, santikal, visual communication fiction. In order to provide the entire campus with Internet connectivity, the College has an excellent IT infrastructure In the College of Art Delhi, laboratories provide practical experience to students so as to give them a better learning experience.

In 2022, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Delhi College of Arts and Commerce + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Delhi College of Arts and Commerce accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

For each month the College awards Merit and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of Rs. 75 which is up to 5% and 10% respectively of the total number of student as per rules. This is however, subject to the sanction by the Government.
The Inlaks Shivdasani scholarship is given to students to pursue a master's or doctoral degree in the field of Fine Arts and Visual Arts.
