Dyal Singh Evening College is one of the best colleges in DU.

Placements: There are good placement opportunities on campus. Top recruiting companies like TVS, SBI Bank, and TCS are available at the placement fair. Approximately 35-40% of students got internship opportunities. The average package of Dyal Singh College ranges from 4-5 LPA.

Infrastructure: It had a good infrastructure when I was studying there. We always won the award for the best green campus. It has the most beautiful garden on Delhi University premises. We can chill in the garden and maintain our practical files in our free time. Special NCC grounds were available. There were new buildings that include a special science block with better laboratories. The library was always good but it was very old. It had sufficient books. We have a good canteen. There was no hostel facility in DSC.

Faculty: Professors are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Many of them passed out from some of the best-ranked colleges in India like JNU, Delhi School of Economics, DU, etc. Economics, data analysis, and SEC courses are good, and they excel students for industrial purposes as well. Though some of the subjects are indeed difficult, by continuous revision and PYQ assessments, you can easily pass exams.

Other: My course in DSEC was a B.A. in History/Economics + Political Science and it is quite good. The campus crowd is more than 1500. Events, fests, and annual sports events frequently occur on the DSC campus. It is in a prime location. It is well-connected by DTC buses and DMRC.
