The college is actually good and students get to enjoy and experience new things.

Placements: More than 500 + students get placed from our college every year. The highest package offered to one of our seniors last year is 40 LPA in cybersecurity. Infosys is the top recruiting company, mostly everyone got the internship from our course. Data Scientist, Data Analysis, and many other courses are offered.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms have a lecture capturing system, which is very useful for students who were not able to attend the college. Our Library is also very good. We also have a digital library for students to use. Labs are very good with a proper internet LAN connection. Finally, the infrastructure of our college is good with complete greenery. Our college has both indoor and outdoor games.

Faculty: Teachers clarify the doubts and are very helpful even when students are interested in other domains. They help the students and guide them into their dreams. The curriculum includes important foundation. It helps you prepare for basic industry jobs, but additional self learning is needed for advanced skills. The semester exams are easy as long as the students pay attention in classes and have a good foundation. The pass percentage is, maybe, 40 percent.

Other: I chose Artificial Intelligence and Data Science as it is very trending, and I want to learn about this field as it looks interesting. The best thing about this course is the combination of different studies as we drive deep into the course. It is more fascinating to learn the things that work like magic. I do not think there is anything better to improve. The biggest event held in our college is step cone where people from different colleges also come and participate in the events. We conduct hackathons for students to get experience. Students also get scholarship.

Overall college is the best and nicest place to increase skills and have a good life for a student.

Placements: 80 percent of students are placed, the highest package this year is 16LPA, the average package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the prominent role is system engineer. Many of the students got a chance at internship and many of them have good skills, so the roles given to the students are good. So its a good college.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent and we also have a digital library, excellent classrooms, and a sports arena. The food in canteen is also very hygienic. Our college also provides facilities for all sports. There is also emergency medical room.

Faculty: Teachers are fully qualified and have an excellent knowledge of subjects. The curriculum is very helpful with respect to industry. Exams are held very strictly and are conducted under surveillance. 80 percent of students passed in the semester.

Other: College is a very excellent environment, Electronics and communication engineering is going to be a big thing and has many career opportunities.

Our college has good placements. So I recommend others to join our college.

Placements: 80 percent of students get placed in our college. The highest package offered is 40.05 LPA. The average package offered is 4.5 LPA in our college. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Darwinbox, TCS, and PalTech. 60 percent of students get the same company for placements and internships. Roles like developer, debugger, and deployer are offered.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure. There are AC labs and a free Wi-Fi facility in our college. We have a good hostel facility. Here we have a good mess with delicious food. It also provides good medical facilities, sports, and games facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They teach very well in our college. The course curriculum is very relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 80 percent in our college.

Other: I want to become a software engineer, so I chose computers as my subject. It should improve lab sessions, which can improve some practical knowledge of subjects. Our college is famous for fests and events.

Facilities in GMRIT and placements in 2025.

Placements: The placement percentage in our college is very good, and there is always a mass hiring that takes place in the placements. Recently, in our college, 248 people were placed in Infosys with a 3.6 LPA, and Cognizant recruited 55 people. Also, the mechanical, civil and EEE placements are 100 percent because we have the GMR company to recruit those people, and for CSE allied branches, our college invites reputable companies, so there is no disappointment in placements.

Infrastructure: I am a bus student, but what I heard from my friends is that the hostel facilities are good. The food tastes are acceptable, but the quality is very good, and also the classrooms in our college are well-equipped. The transport facilities to my home are provided by the college, which provides a bus. The fee is around Rs. 24,000 per year, based on the place where you are living, but the sports facilities in our college are 5/5. Library facilities are awesome, you can prepare for any competitive exam without any worry. Canteen and mess, overall, I am very satisfied.

Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are good, but the curriculum is not updated to industry level. We can prepare for the competitive exams in college because our library support is excellent. The semester exams are moderate, we can manage them by analysing the old question papers. Teaching quality is good, we can gain knowledge about the industry from the professors who did Ph.D. overall the college is doing its best to provide the industry knowledge.

Other: The events are good, we have student chapters, and they conduct events around 2 or 3 times a month. Also, the student council is very helpful in conducting the college events like Stepcone and annual days, and events always contain technical events, from which you can learn a lot. I am pretty satisfied with my college.

GMRIT hostel facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: In my college, the placements are very good. 85 percent of students are placed in CSE. The average package offered in our course is 3.6 LPA by Infosys. Our college has been very good for mass hiring over the past 2 years. Our college took 147 members last year and 248 members this year. Among 70 percent of students getting internships from the startups and roles that are being offered are support engineer and development roles. For the high packages, the Darvin Box, who took 16 LPA, is in a developer role. Proud to be a GMRITian.

Infrastructure: The hostel is excellent, and I always loved being in the hostel because the warden and management take care of students in a good manner. There is 24/7 water and current facility because of solar plants by the college, and also the hot water is always available, and wlan is 24/7. Overall, the library and infrastructure are 5/5. The food quality is excellent, but the taste is acceptable. Our college is fond of sports because the college encourages us to play sports, we have a physical director, a PET madam and a PET sir to support us.

Faculty: Faculty is good, and they are helpful to us. The curriculum is old because the current market trends do not fit with this curriculum. The exams in the college are easy, and the pass percentage is very high because the old question paper analysis is quite easy, most of the questions come from those papers, so the teachers are good. The exams are moderate. Overall, our college is strict, but there is a lot of discipline we can learn.

Other: Stepcone is going to be one of the national events, and it consists of non-technical and technical events. We can learn a lot from it. The best things about my course are the doctoral faculty and the placement support and training. There are some improvements, like updating the curriculum. Is GMRIT college good for campus recruitment?

Placements: My course is Computer Science and Engineering. Our college placements are very good, and recently 248 people have been selected in Infosys, and also 55 people have been selected in Cognizant. Our college is very good for Mechanical, Civil, and EEE placements, and around 50 people got internships in reputed companies. Roles offered by companies are Support Engineer, and the student who got 16 LPA has been promoted to a developed role. The average package is 3.6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The facilities are top-notch, and the faculty is very good at teaching. Some faculty members have IIT-level knowledge. Wi-Fi is not provided, but WLAN is available. The classrooms are very well equipped, and the quality of food in hostels is good, though the taste is average. The rooms are 5/5 because of the 24/7 water and electricity facility, and if there is any problem, the wardens are very well-mannered and take responsibility for those problems.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. All faculty members have M.Tech degrees from reputed colleges, and some professors have completed their PhD, which is excellent. The curriculum is not updated, but our management is trying to update it. The semester exams in the college are moderate, but if we go with the previous year's papers, they would be easy to pass. Overall, the faculty and curriculum are rated 4/5.

Other: The campus life in the college is excellent. The friendships and the support from teachers are very helpful. We have good events like Stepcone, which is a national event, and campus networking is very high, as we have strong connections with reputed companies. Recently, Sudha Murthy also visited our college, and I wish this college would improve the curriculum and give students the freedom to learn the skills they want.
