The college is good but sometimes we face water crises.
Placements: The percentage of students who placed is likely to be 80 percent. The highest is 10 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the average package offered is 4 LPA-5 LPA. Almost 90 percent of students got internships. Some are interested in research so they apply for IIT's, DRDO, and those who are interested in industry will go to BHEL, THDC, Mahindra, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Each department has Wi-Fi and a library. The classroom infrastructure is good each class has a smart board. Labs are well organised and have sufficient equipment. The college has its canteen. The medical facilities, sports, and games are available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Whatever they explain is understandable if not they will explain it again. The course curriculum is relevant. Classroom knowledge and labs help us understand well and help us in the industrial field. It's not difficult if one has gone through all the topics that the teachers have explained. The pass percentage is good it is 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in machines and designing. I wish that side by side they taught us the software that is beneficial for our work field. Each semester the college will conduct 1-2 events, and fests are also organised. The campus crowd is very good. The connectivity is good as our college is in a good locality. The campus surroundings are clean and peaceful and scholarships have been provided.

If you want to join a college only to gain good course knowledge, then you can join.
Placements: About 50% students get placed in my batch.
Top recruiting company in BEL Kotdwar. The highest package is 12 LPA CTC, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. The student did an internship with their own reference. In our batch, many students were placed in L&T construction. Some students are placed in Mahindra and Mahindra.
Infrastructure: Labs are not well-equipped but well-equipped. Many instruments are in working condition. The library is big and lots of books are available. Hostels are good according to the fest-wise. Mess food is better than that at other private colleges. Rooms are shared and individual.
Faculty: Faculty are well-educated. They have good knowledge about their field, and they are well qualified. Our institute is autonomous. So our exam paper is made by the subject teacher and also checked by a subject teacher. Overall, the exam paper is not that tough.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in the mechanical engineering field. The college is near my hometown. In college, mainly two events are conducted, one is the sports fest JOSH and the other is the cultural fest Goonj.

Decent academic and peaceful campus but there needs to be better placement and industrial exposure.
Placements: The percentage of the students who got placed in my course is about 40 - 50%. The highest package offered in our course is 50 LPA. The lowest package is 2.8 LPA. The average package is 2.8 LPA - 3.99 LPA. Around 30-40% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The college offers a strong foundation in mechanical engineering. Faculty members are very knowledgeable and very excellent at teaching. The campus is well-maintained with basic facilities like easy access Wi-Fi wide classrooms and labs. There is a big library for the students. The hostel and medical facilities are decent but could be improved in terms of hygiene and food quality.
Faculty: Our teachers are very nice and helpful. Some professors are experienced and supportive but focused on theoretical teaching rather than practical application. The curriculum follows AICTE guidelines subjects like automation, robotics, and AI need to be advanced. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is 78-88%.
Other: I chose this course because it provides a strong foundation in core engineering principles and my interest goes with machines, design, and innovation. Hostels and mess food should be improved and also the labs and equipment should be updated. The college hosts technical and cultural fests like the annual fest, sports competitions, etc. The college is in the hills which makes travel and industrial exposure difficult.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements:
Our college provides good placements. Many students got placed in our college. Many mechanical students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, and the college building is also in decent condition. However, since the college was established in 1980, some improvements are needed. The government should consider making a few upgrades to the college. Additionally, I believe the grounds are a bit small.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very friendly and provide excellent guidance to students. I've heard that the best faculty members are in the mechanical engineering department. However, I also heard that the faculty in the electronics and communication engineering department can be a bit tough on students.

Many events are held in our college. You have many chances to improve yourself.

College is located in a very good place, very good college.
Placements: Placement percentage: The percentage of students placed at GBPIET varies by review, with some saying it's around 50 percent while others say it's 75 percent.
Average package: The average package at GBPIET ranges from around 3.5-4.5 LPA.
The highest package: The highest package at GBPIET ranges from 12-18 LPA.
The lowest package: The lowest package at GBPIET is around 3.2 LPA.

The college is very good .
Placements: There are 50+ students in mechanical engineering, and the girl ratio is also quite good. In one year, we get many workshop and programs organised by the institution
The highest package is INR 10 to 12 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 to 3 LPA and companies like TCS and Wipro participate.
Infrastructure: There are many games in hostels and in the stadium, you can play sports daily. Mess and hostel facilities are good. There is a hospital on campus, and in any emergency, the wardens take the students to the hospital. Wi-Fi facility is available in the girls hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and a group of students gets a separate advisory with whom they can consult about their problems.
Yes, the curriculum is enough. It's not difficult to pass the semester exams; it's sufficient if we study how much the teachers taught us.
Other: There are fest and events organised by the campus
Many types of scholarships are given to students.

B.Tech in 4 lakh from an average state university .
Placements: The placement ratio in mechanical branch is average, the highest package offered is 18 Lacs p. a. by L&T, that is only for 1 or 2 students and the lowest around 2.5-4 Lacs offered by TCS which takes much of the students. The average package is 6 LPA for mechanical and for other branches also its the same. Many students rather than sitting for placement go for GATE UPSC and other competitive exams.
Infrastructure: Hostel buildings are very old and are in below average conditions, classrooms are not up to the mark. They are cleaned once in a month and the furniture are being in use for decades. The mess is not very hygienic and food quality is average. Canteen facility within the mess is not available, but food stalls and restaurants are present in the campus. Stevenson's stadium with volleyball ground, badminton court and some indoor sports is provided in the campus and recently gym equipped with necessary equipments and machines is opened for all the students. Pantnagar has one of the largest library which is the best place for studying and get access to mostly all books of the courses. There is one university hospital in the pantnagar for the students for basic medical facilities which is not enough to meet the medical emergencies.
Faculty: All the professors of College of technology are well qualified, most of them being IITians. There way of teaching is quite satisfactory. The semester has 2 internal pre final exams and one external final exam which is governed by university not the college. The difficult level of exams range from easy to medium and student require 50% marks to pass in particular subject otherwise have to give back paper Next year. Scholarship is provided to top 3 students of a particular course. The attendance rules are very strict, one has to maintain minimum of 75% otherwise have to repeat the course.
Other: As pantnagar is a village, and the only reason people know about pantnagar is GBPUAT (university), thr locality is not very good, also you're not allowed to go out of college campus without permission from parents that too for going home (strictly for girls). For 4 years or whichever course you opt for your life will be stuck in pantnagar. Pantnagar is famous for its kisan mela which held twice a year. Our college ( college of technology) fest Colloseum is the biggest event in the university where many artist perform for which all students are exicted about. Pantnagar is well connected with road with NH 109. Nearby airport have domestic flights facilities and railway station of lal kuan and rudrapur provides convenient rail access.

It is a good college with peaceful atmosphere.
Placements: Around 30% to 40% of students get placed in the mechanical branch. The average salary package offered in our course is 4 LPA to 5 LPA and the maximum salary package is 30 LPA. The recruiting companies are L&T, Q Spider, and BHEL. A maximum of CS students get placed.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are good in some instances like Wi-Fi facility and its infrastructure. Mechanical department has a good lab facility like Matlab with the needed machines. Mess facility is very good. Canteens are small.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are well educated. They have done Ph.D. from IITs and NITs but some of them are still pursuing their degrees. Faculty members are good and experienced. The pass percentage is 60%. It is an autonomous college, so they prepare the paper on their own or UTU makes it. The difficulty level of the paper is easy to moderate so students can pass with little hard work.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for machines, their design, and their work. It is an evergreen branch that has good scope in any field. Our college organises various tech fests so that students learn various things and gain skills. Cultural and sports events are organised such as Goonj, etc.
