Dissatisfied with classes as well as the infrastructure.

Placements: The average package provided by the college is not that good. Very few students get high packages. The placement rate is average. High-paying companies such as Amazon only select 1-2 students, not more than that. Most backed companies visit the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good. It's an old infrastructure. Classes do not only have fans. Classrooms need maintenance. Lifts on campus are not in working condition. Buildings also look quite old. The ground is small. Washrooms need maintenance too and walls are dirty.

Faculty: You have to study yourself. Don't depend on the college classes. There is no issue of attendance at all; you will not be departed or fined for attendance. Mid-semester exams are usually not that tough. There are not many loads for assignments. Don't depend on the teacher for your studies or classes. Most of the time, classes get cancelled.

Review of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.

Placements: Around 60-70% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 60 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. We have to work hard to get decent campus placements. Our college provides internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. The campus is spread over 7 acres of land. Our college is old. It has air-conditioners. Some air-conditioners are not working. Our college has a small ground. It has two canteens. They provide average food. Our college does not provide many sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are good and supportive. Some teachers are not good. Semester exams are easy. You need to study daily. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computer knowledge. I wanted to learn about coding, hacking, etc.

Overall, an average college.

Placements: Placement is average. It depends on your skills, to get good placement. In order to get good placement, ask for relevant tips.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, but it is not a big college. It has a small ground, and hostel is not provided in our college. My college charges nominal fees, compared to the other colleges. My college has a good canteen, where we can chill around.

Faculty: Nice faculty and good curriculum. Sessionals are conducted too early. Our faculty members present educational process in a congenial manner.

Bad infrastructure and an average college life.

Placements: Placements are as expected from a tier 3 college. Seniors are helpful in guiding the juniors. Societies are okay, but do not care if you have exams or not and you have to manage time by yourself. I think the data given by college is exaggerated. It's certainly not that good.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is bad and unappealing. Some rooms have ACs and some do not. Canteen is okay, nothing amazing is sold there. Half of the desks are partially broken. No projectors in rooms for presentations. Labs are alright but small and can't accommodate the whole class at one time.

Faculty: The college lacks luster faculty. Most teachers do not care if you pass or fail. Curriculum is good. Semester exams are more theory based. Midterms are harder than the end semester exams. Some teachers are supportive and friendly and help you out in completing assignments and stuff.

Good placement but with very bad college life and sources.

Placements: About 40% of the students were placed. The average package offered in this course is about INR 4-5 LPA but the highest was about INR 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys etc. About 20% percent of the students got internships in our course.

Infrastructure: We have not got any WIFI sources. There is one library only but it is good. Classrooms are like school classrooms with wooden benches. Labs are also average not top notch. The canteen is small but good. There is no sports ground in this college but a small area to play and a small stage.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful excluding few ones. The semester of the college is at a good level means you have to study like a B.Tech college student to get good marks but you can clear the exams easily. If you want to pass the mid sem then you have to score about 7 marks out of 15 and in end sem you have to score more than 27 marks to pass and in practical, you have to clear it side by side.

Other: There is a future and scope in this field that's why I chose this course. I would like to improve the syllabus of this course. There were no events held till now but I hope some will be planned in the future.

Placements: Placements are average. Quite many good companies come to the college with placement opportunities but moreover, it depends on your performance in all the semesters, grades, and skills. If you are lacking good skills, then you can't expect to get a good placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is bad. The hostel facility is not available for outsiders. The building looks like a government dispensary. The air-conditioner is being put in the classroom just for show. The library is also quite mismanaged. Classrooms are similar to those of government schools.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average. Some teachers are really good while others just come, sit and do time pass and then leave. Teachers are quite partial to their favorite students. Also, this being a minority college, Sikh teachers favor Sikh students.

If you can put extra effort from your side, you should join the top 3 branches of this college.

Placements: 80% of students got placed but not with good packages. The average package offered is 10 LPA, but one of our seniors grabbed a package of 44 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Oracle, DirectI, and many others come here during placements. During internships, only a few companies visit the college.

Infrastructure: The campus is of 5 acres, but it is well managed. The classrooms are well maintained, and the labs are very good. Wi-Fi is available, so it is easily accessible on campus. We can issue any book in the library, and there is a library card given to each student. A decent number of books are available here. There is no hostel in this college, and you can search for PGs and rooms nearby.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are keen to share their knowledge with us. This course (artificial intelligence) is the future, so this is a very good course. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 33%. Since we had online classes and exams, semester exams didn't seem to be tough.

Other: This course, artificial intelligence and data science, is the future of the world, and it is a very important branch in the future. So, I chose this course. Better interaction with machines and practical application is necessary to make it better. Events and fests are very good. There are many societies in our college like natya, IEEE, coding, debate, dance and many more.

It's a good college except for the infrastructure.

Placements: I don't know what's the current status of the placements in our field and this is the first time this field is introduced in this college. So they don't particularly have a placement report but the overall placement is quite average for the rest of the branches.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really bad, the building, the classrooms, and the labs are very old. There is not even a single ground or anything to play in college not even a gym or indoor sports. The environment around the college is not so good. The library is also average.

Faculty: Teachers are good and supportive. The exams department is also fine and classes are held on time. The semester exam and mid sem exams are not that difficult or not that easy. Teachers teach well except for some teachers but I would say overall it's a decent study experience.

Other: This was a new course so I decided to chose this college only because of the course and nothing else. This is a Sikh minority college and the Sikhs easily get seats here.
