Satisfied because of the placement and infrastructure.

Placements: Many companies visited the campus, including Ramky infrastructure, Aparna, Ultratech, Moldrech and My Home, these are some good companies. In these companies, only Aparna Constructions have provided only internships, My Home and Ramky Infra have provided internship through placements (means if you perform well in internships, then they will offer you a job). Ultratech and Moldtech companies are offering direct placements. While coming to the package, the highest package is 2.5 lakh per annum and the lowest package is 2 lakh per annum. About 80% of the students are placed. None of the companies provide any stipends. Our placement officer is trying to get more companies and hope the coming batches will get good placements with a good package.

Infrastructure: The college is about 100 acres. Fully WiFi supported, all computer labs have a central AC facility, each and every classroom has a computer with a projector facility along with one blackboard and whiteboard. Classrooms also have an AC facility, the food quality is made good by Sodexo (they provide you lunch at Rs 35 /- per head with unlimited quantity), hostels are also good, the college has a good enough space for sports and medical facilities are also available within the campus

Faculty: Minimum qualification for the faculty is MTech. Our faculty was good enough to teach all the core subjects as we have good lab equipment. We used to learn in a practical way rather than the theoretical way. The course curriculum for the civil engineering branch students was not in a proper way for our batch (2013-2017) as some subjects were not part of our curriculum like (irrigation, building materials) but for the 2014 batch students, the curriculum was changed and they included all the core subjects. Now, the curriculum is good.

Really good infrastructure and helpful faculty members. Good placements for 2013-2017 batch.

Placements: My seniors got placed in reputed companies like Ultratech, NTT Data, Moltech, DesignTech, etc. Various students of the department also opted for Computer science and IT companies like Wipro, Capgemini, etc. and some are currently doing M.S. from U.S. and also taken admission in MBA. For my batch, we have been offered for some of the reputed companies in construction such as Ramky group, My Home constructions and Aparna Constructions. More companies are yet to come as promised by the college. I got placed in My Home Constructions.

Infrastructure: College and hostels are Wi-Fi enabled. The speed is quite good. We have been provided by the LAN connection too. Classroom is neat and clean having a projector facility, blackboard and white board. The classrooms are spacious as well as it has a capacity for 70 students. There are 2 libraries, 1 present in the college’s building itself, which mostly consists of the textbooks in adequate numbers and the 2nd library is the central library which is air-conditioned. The college has its own clinic that provides basic treatment and has a doctor which is there for 24 hours and also, it has 2 ambulances ready to run anytime. It has a separate ground for hockey, volleyball and cricket. A well-equipped gym is also present and an Olympic size swimming pool is present inside the college, which I think no other college in Hyderabad has. Marathon is conducted in our college.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and cooperative. But as every other college and institution, some of them are too ridiculous to handle, as they give more presentation to do and lot more assignment. The faculty ratio is around 1:10 in my civil engineering department. This ratio can also be seen in other departments too. The teaching method includes presentations and blackboard. Once in a semester, we are taken out for an industry visit, sometimes in Hyderabad and sometimes outside the city. College does not charge any fee for an industrial visit. There is relative grading in the curriculum which helps weak students to get good grades too, and we get marks in CGPA on the scale of 10.

Other: The college life and the study pattern is good here. Comparing my college with some other colleges, other colleges provides very low placement in civil engineering now a days, but in my college, more than 16 students got placed till date in the final year’s (2013-2017) batch in core companies and other students opted for IT sector jobs. There are many opportunities for CSE students in my college as approximately 70% of the CSE students have already been placed till now.
