IIIT Sri City MTech Eligibility and Highlights 2024
IIIT Sri City MTech is a two-year, full-time programme with specialisations in AIML and Cyber Security offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The duration of these courses is two years. Candidates can get admission to MTech through the GATE.

- BE/BTech in CSE or ECE or equivalent specialisation

- Candidates having an Undergraduate degree from the CFTI institute with a CGPA of more than 8, will be selected on the basis of merit, and then they have to appear for a coding test and a personal interview conducted by IIIT Sri City.
- Candidates who do not have an undergraduate degree from a CFTI institute or graduated from a CFTI institute but have less than 8.0 CGPA will have to appear for a written test conducted by IIIT Sri City, followed by the coding test and interview.
