BTech at IIT Bhilai is a full-time, four-year course in six specialisations. IIT Bhilai offers scholarships for both of its UG and PG courses. IIT Bhilai BTech scholarships are granted based on students' merit, their category and parental income. Candidates must meet the basic eligibility requirements to avail the scholarship facility. IIT Bhilai offers scholarships in mainly three categories. - Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: Available only to undergraduate students in UR and OBC categories. Students must get a minimum CGPA of 6.0 to avail the benefits of the scholarship.

IIT Bhilai round 6 cutoff has been released for admission to various BTech specialisations. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category closed between 7382 and 17478. Therefore, 350 is an excellent score to get admission to IIT Bhilai for candidates belonging to the General AI category.

In 2025, the IIT Jammu CSE cutoff was relatively less competitive for admission as compared to that of IIT Goa for students belonging to the General AI quota. However, as compared to IIT Bhilai, for CSE admission in the General category, the JEE Advanced cutoff range was more competitive for IIT Jam
