The list of documents to be submitted at the time of application for an MBA at IIT Kanpur is given below:

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets & certificates
• Bachelor's degree mark sheets

Aspirants must pass BTech or BE or BArch (with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12) or four-year BSc Engineering degree (with Mathematics as one of the subjects), or four-year BSc degree (with Mathematics as one of the subjects), or MSc (with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the UG programme), or Master of Arts in Economics (with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the UG programme) with at least 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST) or a CPI of 6.0 (5.0 for SC/ ST) on a scale of 10 from any AICTE recognised institute/ university, IITs, NITs, and IIITs to apply for IIT Kanpur MBA course.

To apply through CAT at IIT Kanpur, candidates need to have a minimum of 85 percentile (55 for SC/ ST candidates).
