Very good college and have a good experience.
Placements: In this college the placement is almost 90 percent. The highest package was 10 LPA. And the internship the students got was 100 percent. The top companies comes here for the placement and they are - tcs, reliance, hdfc, wipro, WNS etc. The roles offered are manager, leadership, analysts etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good the classroom are big enough all the corridors have a cctv available. Wi-Fi is available in the college, library is also there and the books are sufficient for the students lots of varieties of books are available. The sports and games facilities are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college is too good. The are very qualified and experienced and also have too much of knowledge. The way of teaching of the faculty is too good and also quality of teaching is also nice. The projectors are available in every classroom.

There are good faculty members, and the infrastructure is good. I had a nice experience.
Placements: Placements are very good here as almost all the students got placed. Placements are divided into 2 phase. Almost 90% of the students got placed from our college, and summer internships provided by this college are very good. Almost 100% of the students get summer internships. The average salary package offered here is 5 LPA. Companies which visit our college for placements are TCS, WNS, Byju's, HDFC and many more. Most of the students from the IT branch got placed in very nice companies. Roles like an analyst, relationship manager, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good, but it does not have a ground. Here Wi-Fi facility is always available, and there are also labs facilities, which are also quite good. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and fans are also available in them. A good library is available on the ground floor, and it has lots of books, magazines and newspapers. Different authors books are also available in it, which is very useful for students. XISS also has separate hostel facilities for girls and boys, but they are situated outside the campus. The food available in our college canteen is good, and different food items are available in it.
Faculty: Faculty members of XISS are very good. Every teacher is quite supportive and is always ready to help students whenever and wherever they require their help. All the faculty members here are very qualified and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is very good, and students can easily understand their teaching. There is a course of studies for students, and according to which, studies are taught for every trimester. I think students studying here are made industry-ready.

The college is at a good location with very good faculty members.
Placements: Placements of XISS has always been good. Placements start from October, and maximum students get placed till February. Companies visit here till March, and the salary packages offered by the companies vary. The average salary package offered in our department is around 6 LPA. Everyone gets an internship offer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, but it is not like all big MBA colleges. For students of around 300 to 350, it is quite a good campus. It also has libraries and Wi-Fi facilities for students. Food in the canteen is good. A cultural programme like Panache happens every year for students.
Faculty: Faculty members of XISS are the best part of the college. Our college has well-experienced faculty members who have great knowledge of the industry and skills are required in the industry after perusing PGDM. PGDM in IT has taught me many things, and I think it is very helpful for me in future.

Good placements and even better faculty members.
Placements: Placements for the previous batch of 2017-19 were pretty good with around 85% of students getting placed in companies like TCS, WNS, Change Et Al, Bandhan Bank, BFIL, and many more. The highest package offered was 8LPA and the average package was around 4.5 LPA. A 100% internship was seen for the latest batch of 2018-20 where students got to do internships at NEC, WNS, CIBC, Change Et Al, OLM, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. The classrooms, library and labs are of commendable quality with systems with great speed and efficiency. The canteen food is also of good quality and has a lot of variety available. The hostel rooms and food is also of good quality.
Faculty: The faculty members at XISS are commendable. They are qualified and work their the hardest to provide quality education to the students. They are very knowledgeable and apply practical methods while teaching. Most of the teaching is imparted through Power point presentations and notes. The students of both 1st and 2nd year get a chance to visit industries in both local area and other cities to gain exposure.

Placements: Placement is one the foremost things which a student looks at before taking admission in any college. It is the placement and infrastructure which defines and differentiates a college from the other colleges. The placements are good, and if you are a talented person or a talented student, then you will easily get good placements. The placement team is very good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure also plays a very vital role in defining a college's profile, and it also differentiates it from the other colleges. It is situated in the middle of the city surrounded by other Jesuit colleges and school. Xavier Institute of social service provides the campus with all the facilities which are required by the students.
Faculty: The faculty members at XISS are very experienced and old enough with lots and lots of knowledge, and they are experts in their domain. There are faculty members who maintain contact with the alma mater, and also with the organisations. The course curriculum updates from time to time based on the requirement and also with the changing scenario.
Other: The campus crowd is very famous, and you will get a lifelong tag the moment you are admitted to the college. The students also will get lots and lots of respect from the other people as we are 'professionals with a difference'. Time to time events are sponsored and performed. The fest is very famous at XISS. The connectivity is also there from the college. Wherever you go you, and if you just ask people to drop at the XISS gate, they will drop you. Time to time sporting activities and other activities are held which everyone enjoys along with the participants.

This year, the placement in PGDM-IT is 70%. So, if you are thinking of joining, you have to work hard for the placements. Rest, the decision is yours.

Hi Aman Minz, XISS is famous for its RM and HRM course. IT is good but placements aren't. I'll suggest you go for other options.

After doing B.com general pgdm always be a better option. You will get more exposure after doing these.If u hv interest in telecom,u might opt this as an option,if not then don't go for sectorial programme, go for mba/pgdm. Now decision is yours.Best of luck!

Yes , you may apply for IT, you may get a call.Placement criteria is 60% throughout for some companies not all.

You have good percentile. But this Gap should be justified not only during college interview but also when the companies come for final placement. If you can convince people in both the interview then only you can shape a good future. It totally depends now on you.

MBA in IT is good only if you have a previous IT experience. Placements are average for IT in terms of prefered sectors.If you are really interested then go for it else may re-think

No. There is no such option. GD can never be conducted on Skype and so do interview.
