Indian Institute of Art and Design offers BDes in various specialisations for the duration of 4 years. The Institute offers admission to the respective course on the basis of merit and IIAD Entrance Exam. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 in any stream secured from a recognised board. The Institute offers BDes for the total tuition fees worth INR 21.9 Lakh. IIAD Delhi campus offers an annual intake of 160 students.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam in any discipline (Science, Humanities, or Arts) are eligible for admission.
