IIIT Kottayam M.E./M.Tech Highlights 2025
The Institute offers MTech in online mode in one specialisation, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to BTech graduates. The minimum and maximum duration of the MTech Programme is three and five years, respectively, from the date of admission. The programme is meant for working professionals under self-financing and sponsored categories. Admission to the programme is conducted twice a year basis the written test and personal interview. A self-paced programme comprising 60 credits where coursework of 32 credits will have to be completed within the first two years and the last two semesters will comprise project work of 14 credits each. Live online classes and virtual labs will be conducted on weekends by IIIT Kottayam faculty and industry experts. The programme is based on Continuous Evaluation System.
