You can get a refund of the fee that you have paid for BTech at IIIT Nagpur. For this you have to submit a request to the college to cancel your admission within 15 days from the start of classes. Yes, a student can apply for change of branch of BTech programme in IIIT Nagpur but only after completing the first year. The branch change is granted strictly in order of merit.
