IIT BHU PhD Highlights 2024
IIT Varanasi offers a PhD programme in both full-time and part-time modes. The institute extends the programme in various specialisations of Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, and Humanities. The duration of the programme is three years. The table below presents the admission related details of the programme:

*SC, ST, GEN-PD, OBC-PD, SC-PD, and ST-PD category candidates are exempted from the tuition fee and hostel rent fee
