For Full time regular category at IIT BHU, candidates shortlisted on the basis of GATE/GPAT. Score which is valid and above the qualifying pass mark, may be selected for M.Tech./M.Pharm. programmes either on the basis of their GATE/GPAT score or written test or interview or counselling or on the basis of any

GATE Qualifying Cutoff: It is minimum mark a candidate must score so that he or she is eligible for admission. But this does not mean that a candidate is selected for admission. Admission GATE Cutoffs: It is final opening and closing rank score fixed by participating institutes for selection of candidates. It is to be noted here that meeting admission GATE cutoff does not mean that candidates will be selected for admission. It is fixed after GATE result date. It is declared by individual participating institutes and available on their respective counselling portals (CCMT/ COAP).
First of all you need to obtain 75% in 12th board.Then you need to crack JEE Mains with 250 numbers out of 300. For IIT college you need to give JEE Advance after JEE Mains if you obtain 1500 rank in JEE advance you can take IIT college. For admission in IIT college go on IIT website for counseling. According to your rank you will obtain best branch in IIT college.

No, direct admission isn't possible. IIT does not offer management quota admission or direct admission; aspirants need to appear for JEE Advanced and go through JoSAA counselling to secure a B.Tech seat at IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
