Placements: This college has placement opportunities. Last year 186 students got placement in mnc companies. From my view you can join without any doubt.75 percentage of students got placed. Easy to get a job of your dream. Students are placed by their final year project which was assisted by their project incharge who was one of the college faculty.
Infrastructure: This college has highly designed infrastructure. No.1 Lab facilities in that location. The latest technology machines and lab equipment. Vast area for students. Canteens available inside the campus. There are three main blocks in the campus which are all three floor building.
Faculty: This college has experienced faculty members. Disciplined coaching strict rules. Faculty members head minimum experience of more than 5 years. Students friendly facilities. Can reach anytime for doubts. They are very knowledge in their field and also expert in their subjects.

Studies should be self motivated here.
Placements: There is zero percent placement. We have to try jobs on our own. There is a placement cell, but it's just a namesake department. When I was studying in the final year, a company for tuition centre visited. That was our placement. The starting salary was Rs. 10,000. No core industries visit for non-circuit branches. As usual, BPO and call centres visit for other departments.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. There is poor lab maintenance. The library is okay. No proper medical facilities are available. Sports and games are degrading slowly, but other college cricket matches will be conducted here because of ground availability. The classrooms will be with poor rusted desk. The canteen is overrated. No door facility for the bathrooms in the hostel. The mess food is okay.
Faculty: When I was studying, there was salary issue for staff. So, they didn't take classes. Generally, the staff are for namesake. Only 2-3 staff are good enough in each department. Each lesson will be completed in a day handling only the important topics. In short, it is self-learning.
Other: NSS will be the best.

All in one college. No ragging. Tobacco-free campus and the best for middle-class students.
Placements: The placement cell in our college performs very well and motivates students. Placements are not too good for non-electrical departments and average for the IT field.
In our batch, there were lots of companies which came for campus drive. But only a few are core companies. Nearly about 50 students out of 200 were selected in the campus drive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good.
We have first-class lab facilities and a separate block for each department.
Sport facilities are too good and we have a separate ground for each game, especially football and cricket. Our college hostel can accomodate nearly 2000 students.
Faculty: Most of our college faculty members are M.E graduates but their skills are decent.
Mostly they prefer local authors. Most of the faculty members only teach 3 units completely.
Other: Our college is pretty good in fee concession. Sportspersons have much discounts and no other fees and fines are collected in our college. We have a good digital library and a large bus service in Trichy circle. Our college also has a nice canteen for both genders separately.

Good infrastructure and sports facilities. But dissatisfied with faculty and placement results.
Placements: The placement is not good. 4 years ago, companies eagerly came to our campus and recruited students. But nowadays, placement is too low. But our college takes steps to place the students but it's not easy because lots of fake consultancies provide call letters but it's worthless when we go to the organisation.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and lab facilities. Best facilities when compared to other colleges in our zone. A big number of students comes to our college for their project helps for lab facilities. Ground and sports facilities also good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members have good knowledge. But now due to salary issue, they have gone to other colleges. Now no skilful faculty members are there in my college. Education wise, it's not good due to the teachers' teaching manner. They are so lazy. They don't appreciate the students. They don't help the students in their projects. They don't have a strong knowledge in core subjects. The course curriculum is not worthy because it belongs to Anna University syllabus. Change in subjects is needed.
Other: My college is suitable for students who are into sports and extra curriculars. But not for those who want place reputed companies. Our college gives freedom to students for other colleges' symposium and workshops. It's a heaven for every student. But we can only improve our knowledge by ourselves.

Other: The freedom they give if utilised properly, one can have a very great career. But with regards to placements, as all other colleges of that region, it also has problems with Mechanical as a core.
There is only one canteen available inside. But at the same time, we have a few small hotels outside, which are good. The transport facility from Trichy is very frequent for this college.
The college has one huge auditorium and 3-4 conference halls. They have a very powerful Entrepreneurship Development Cell - 'Swayam', inside the campus, which encourages student start-ups on campus and off campus.
In Trichy, JJCET is the only college to have more than 5 student start-ups off which two have transformed into huge start-up. Their EDC is in collaboration with NEN and has proved a great deal for the past two years.
There are many clubs running inside and technical committees existing proving huge space for development in Entrepreneurship and Research. Finally, if the student can shape them self-confidently, JJCET can help them in many way.
