It is the best college with helpful faculty members.

Placements: More than 50% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package is 10 LPA, the average salary package is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. Tata, Infosys, Oracle, Tech Mahindra, and Cyient are the recruiting companies. Students get internships at a telecom company. Every student is interested in the software sector.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are average classrooms that are clean but the sitting benches are not good. Wi-Fi is not available and does not have proper signal strength in our college. The library is good in our college that has all the course books.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful for students in any situation. All the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Students interact with teachers to understand well.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in electronic devices and I want to implement experiments.

In our college, you will get lots of opportunities.

Placements: Mostly 90% of students are placed from every branch. If I say about other department placement like B.Sc. agriculture and B. Pharma, the college provides placement. JBIT has a pool of campus placement opportunities. This will make more easier for the students of the college.

Infrastructure: In our college, the hostel is average where you will get 24 hours water and electricity supply. You will be faced with internet connectivity issues because there are only a few Wi-Fi which gives you very less experience. The management system is good. The warden is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified in our college. They are very experienced in every branch. All faculty members are helpful and motivate us to be placed in good MNCs. The college takes 2 internals per semester in every department. There is also a choice for the makeup test, which is for the students who got low marks in both the internals.

Absolutely satisfied with the college life as well as the infrastructure and facilities provided.

Placements: I completed my B.Tech from JBIT, Dehradun. My batch was 2012-2016. In my batch approximately 80% of the students were placed. The highest package was 4 LPA, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA, and average package was 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Genpact, Global Logic, NLB Services, Acro, Okay, Value Prospect etc. Most of the students in my batch arranged their internships on their own. The roles offered in my course were Graduate trainee, US IT recruiter, HR Executive, Research Analyst etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of my college was very good. We had good connection Wi-Fi in college as well as our hostel. The labs were well-equipped with best technicians to help and the library yo me mentioned was huge and had excellent books for the courses. Classrooms were also were big and spacious. The facilities of our hostel was also satisfactory. It had well maintained hostels for both boys and girls. Quality of food was good in the canteen as well as in the mess. 24*7 medical facilities. There are 3-4 playgrounds for all sorts of sports. A volleyball court, basketball ground and indoor space for sports were also there for us.

Faculty: The teachers were very kind and helpful. We had day as well as night classes during exams so as to provide maximum help and knowledge to the students. They were well qualified and knowledgeable. Always ready to help and they gave us best quality teaching. The course curriculum was relevant and helped all the students to be industry ready.

Overall my college is best. The good remark is for placement cell and for faculty.

Placements: 99% students got placed from JBIT. A lot of companies visit in our campus like TCS, Wipro, Cognixia, tech Mahindra, Ericsson. The placement record of JBIT is too much good. The placement is organised by the placement cell and the whole placement cell is very helpful.

Infrastructure: The students are provided their hostel rooms. The rooms are well furnished and designed to get maximum sunlight during day and there is also proper ventilation system. The rooms are given Wi-Fi system too to access Internet. The hostel food is average.

Faculty: The faculty in our college is highly qualified and well educated up to PhD. These teachers are highly knowledgeable in their respective departments. The lectures are especially for 1 hour in each respective classes. Students ask doubts too which are easily solved by them.

Other: Every year there is one event organized that is technical fest. All festival will be celebrated in campus and participation is also large.

It is the best college for placements.

Placements: All students from B.Tech in the electronics and communication engineering branch got placed in good companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, IDS, HCL, etc., at different locations in India. I learned a lot of things from all placement drives, webinars, seminars and industrial visits conducted in our college.

Infrastructure: For B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering branch, classrooms and labs are located on the 3rd floor of the main building. The canteen facility is available, and it provides vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Chinese food items. All the branches have their own seminar hall and computer labs, and sports events are organised throughout the year.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are friendly and really helpful. Classes are conducted regularly. Our college is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University and Sri Dev Suman University of Uttarakhand. Practical studies provided here are worth learning. Corporate interactive programme with industry is organised by the placement cell of our college regularly for quality education.

A college where students become well-behaved and career-ready

Placements: The placements provided by our college were good. Every year, around 80% to 90% of CSE students get placed. Our college tries to attract more MNCs and top-rated firms every year. They provided company-specific placement training for students. The average salary package offered was around 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The hostel was very good and its staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were cleaned regularly. Hostel rooms were spacious and air-conditioned, with big lockers for the bigger backpacks, free Wi-Fi in the lounge with some computers connected to the internet, and a large screen. Breakfast served was good and snacks were served at 6.30 PM, like pizza and sandwiches. The hostel is closed every day between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. for cleaning, but the owners were very flexible.

Faculty: I think that by choosing CSE I made a bigger mistake because here the faculty always says to read the programmes but not to practise in the computer lab. I also forgot that the computers in the lab don't work properly. The exams were somewhat difficult because the teachers didn't teach us anything and the exams were conducted every month. Mid1 exams are given in the first month, mid 2 exams are given in the second month, and semester exams begin after the third month. A total of 3 to 4 months is utilised for a semester.

Other: The fee for entrance students is 3500 Rs, but for management students it's 25,000 Rs. The scholarship is given only to entrance exam students by the government of 3000 Rs, and the scholarship name is Department of Backward Class. The fee increases at our college by 10% every year. I am in my final year, and till now there have been two campus selections held at our college, but there is no financial assistance.

Best college for training and placements. Best for academics. A home away form home.

Placements: Jbit is famous for pool campus drives in uttarakhand region. Almost all students of my batch placed of 2019. Companies like hcl, wipro, tech, mahindra, amazon and many more multinational companies visited our campus for placement drive. Training and placement cell focus well on training of students like mock interviews, mock group discussion.

Infrastructure: Lush green campus. Library is well-equipped with updated books of all courses. Classrooms are neat and clean with great environment to study. Labs are well-equipped with studies. A big playground for students to engage themselves in sports activities. Wi-fi facility is available in the college campus.

Faculty: We get the best faculty members for every subject. Faculty members are well knowledgeable and doctorates. They teach us in friendly manner which make easier of us learn. We get good exposure to theoretical and practical studies. Faculty members prepare us for future corporate.
