Placements: Placements of about 85% of students. The maximum package was 30 LPA, the average was 8.5 LPA, and the lowest was 4.8 LPA. Major recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and Reliance. Approximately 70% students got internships in firms like Deloitte, IBM, and startups. The most popular job profiles are SDE, Data Analyst, and QA Engineer.

Infrastructure: There are properly equipped labs, smart classes, internet, and a good library facility in the department. The hostel accommodation is good with clean rooms and satisfactory mess arrangements. There are medical facilities, sports grounds, a gym and playing fields for the students.

Faculty: The faculty members were very cooperative, competent and well-informed. The education standards were high, with an emphasis on practical education. The course content is very much industry-oriented and ensures that students acquire job-specific skills. The semester examinations are not tough, 85% to 90% pass percentage.

Best B.Tech college in Dehradun.

Placements: Around 80% students were placed in our course. The highest package was 30 LPA, the average was 8.5 LPA, and the lowest was 4.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies that come to recruit include TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, HCL, etc. Around 85% students got internships in top IT firms. Top roles offered include Software Developer, Cyber Security Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, and AI/ML Engineer.

Infrastructure: The department features well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a digital resource library. The mess and canteen offer good cuisine. And the hostel amenities are tidy and safe. Students have access to indoor activities, sports facilities and medical assistance.

Faculty: Teachers are informed, supportive, and give in-depth explanations of concepts. The curriculum is industry-focused and offers practical training and internships that improve job preparation. Most students pass the fairly difficult semester exams with regular study and attendance. 80% to 85% was the pass percentage.

College is really good, too low budget.

Placements: Placement is a little good this year, 30 per cent placement done. Other companies are coming for placement offers this year. The highest package is 11 LPA. Placement is not good, but satisfaction, the college is trying to make it good for placement. The college provides an open campus.

Infrastructure: Our college has around 60 classrooms, with about 50 of them equipped with audio, visual, and smart class capabilities. Room types, Triple/double/ sharing configuration. Rooms furnished with a bed, study table, chair, and almirah. Hostel fees are approximately 70,000 per year (including mess & laundry) as per recent data.

Faculty: The faculty base appears decent across departments, but as with many colleges, individual experience may vary by department/semester. JBIT offers engineering (B.Tech) in several branches, CSE, AI & ML, ECE, EE, Mechanical, and Civil. Exams are taken regularly after 2 months in each semester, and there are 2 or 3 internal exams taken.
