Good infrastructure and campus life, but faculty and placements need improvement.
Placements: Around 75-85% of eligible students get placed each year through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, while the lowest package is around 3-4 LPA, with the average package ranging between 4.5-6 LPA. Top recruiting company is cognizant.
Infrastructure: The department is equipped with modern labs such as the VLSI lab, DSP lab, and embedded systems lab, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and access to a well-stocked library with digital resources. The hostel provides facilities like clean rooms, regular housekeeping, 24/7 water, and electricity supply. The mess provides hygienic food.
Faculty: The teachers at the college are helpful, well-qualified, and possess good subject knowledge. They are ready to clear doubts both during and after class hours. Semester exams are moderately difficult and require consistent preparation. The questions are usually based on the syllabus, with a mix of theory and problem-solving.
Other: I was interested in this branch. We can go for core companies as well, and we can go for IT jobs. In college, there are college fests, a hostel fest, and a branch fest as well. All the events are conducted in a very disciplined manner.

The college has good infrastructure and teachers.
Placements: The placement is good according to my senior review the highest package is 9 LPA and the average is 3 LPA. I doubt that all the students might get placement but in the end, we can figure that the college is good and there is nothing else to say about it.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar I don't know much about the hostel. The library is all good and nice for study and concentration. Students all try to study hard in the mindset by the way that college is good for both study and sports. There is nothing much to complain about.
Faculty: The teaching quality was good but the curriculum may be out of date but it might help us in the future. The teaching staff is very nice. They are good at teaching. All are experienced now and they all arts very nice and good at there job there's no other word to say.
Other: I opted for this course because it might boom in the future.

The college is good. Faculty members are better, but the placement rate is decreasing.
Placements: The placement rate is decreasing day by day. Students are unable to get placed in companies. Forget about the highest packages, and students are unable to get placed in normal package. Students of Electronics and Communication Engineering are not getting placed properly.
Infrastructure: The library is the biggest flex. It is more spacious and nice. Wi-Fi in the college is neither too bad nor too good. But the Wi-Fi in the hostel is the worst. Hostel food is delicious. Classrooms are spacious and good. There is a huge, and green ground for cricket.
Faculty: The quality of education is good. Teachers are interacting with students in a better way. Semester-end examinations are easy if we study previous years' question papers which most of the faculty members will provide. For first-year students, the pass percentage is almost 100%.
Other: Along with studies, extracurricular activities are promoted. Many fests are organised.

College review to help in admission.
Placements: I have done a B.E. in electronics and communication engineering from JSSATEB. Around 50% of students got placed in our batch. The highest package was 21 LPA and the lowest package was 2.7 LPA. If I talk about the average package, it was 4 LPA. Juspay gave the highest package for my course. Around 30% got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were good in this college like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and all these things were perfectly fine. A huge library was also there. Different books, journals, and too many good things were there in the library. The library had a good environment. Hostel rooms were fine but the mess and canteen can be improved.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified and helpful in this college. They were very knowledgeable. They were very supportive also. Semester exams were difficult for this course because everything was mostly numerical. It was very difficult to get good marks. The pass percentage was 80%.

A good university for those who want a decent overall experience.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite average. The highest salary package offered in my course is 47 LPA by Adobe. Around 70% of students are placed, with the average salary package ranging from 5-7 LPA. There's little to no information on the lowest salary package, but I'd wager it is about 3 LPA. College does not provide internships, but being located in Bangalore should help quite a bit in terms of internship availability.
Infrastructure: College is very beautiful in terms of landscaping and also contains an artificial lake within the campus. Architecture is outdated. Classrooms, labs, and other facilities are just average. Library is good, spacious with a vast collection of books. An infirmary is available on campus to deal with any physical injuries.
Faculty: Teachers here are good and experienced. Unlike other universities nearby, there are no such crazy rules and regulations but there are reasonable rules. Curriculum followed by JSS is set by VTU, so it is quite rigorous but not very updated/relevant. Semester exams are moderately difficult and are set by VTU. Internals are pretty easy.
Other: I chose ECE because of my passion for the field. It offers a wide variety of job opportunities after graduation. Fests and sports events are organized regularly by the college.
