Exceptional teaching faculty and a good college.
Placements: I have not seen the placement cell bringing internships exclusively for History Honors students. They usually bring companies that recruit students from all courses. The top companies are Zomato, Deloitte, Astrotalk, etc. They offer various roles like HR Intern, Business Development Intern, etc. As per the placement report, around 7–8% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: After the construction of the new building, the infrastructure has improved a lot. It has centralised AC, better classrooms, and washrooms. Hostel facilities are not available in the college. The quality of food in the canteen is average. I have seen people doing aerobics, yoga, and playing cricket, so sports facilities are good at KNC.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and qualified. They are supportive and caring. They give practical and real-life examples to make us understand the concepts very well. The curriculum needs to be revised. The semester exams are very easy. I remember that in the 2nd semester, I started studying 10 days before the exams and still got a good SGPA.
Other: I chose History Honors because I am interested in understanding how cultures and political systems have evolved. I think they should add more case studies and make the curriculum more practical. The college societies keep organising events regularly. The campus surroundings are safe. The college organises Diwali Mela and the annual fest Ullas every year.

College is good in academics but lacks infrastructure and practical exposure.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is almost 60%. Being a student of History Honors, placements in this course are relatively very low compared to other courses. The top roles offered in my course are related to research scholars and archaeologists.
Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastructure, it is really bad and very poor. We do not have proper ventilation in classrooms. The college Wi-Fi does not even work properly. Talking about the library, it is good. We do not have hostel facilities in our college, so we have to live in private accommodation.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They have good knowledge about our course. They are very friendly as well. If I talk about the relevant curriculum, it is almost relevant. But there is a need for more practical learning in our course because we rarely visit archaeological sites as History Honors students. Faculty in my course is really good and helpful in nature.
Other: The fest at our college is good, and the crowd is also good. I chose this course because I like history very much, as we have to study everything about old times. The infrastructure of our college should improve. There should be fewer restrictions on extracurricular activities.

In my opinion, KNC is a really good college with great vibes and a fully vibrant vivid.
Placements: I am in my final year and have asked my seniors regarding placements. They say that good placement opportunities can be expected. To be honest, I am not very aware, but according to my seniors, the lowest package is 4 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the highest package is around 10–15 LPA. Actually, there are many companies. From my point of view, I have seen companies like Tata, Deloitte, and many others during the placement cell fair. Around 40–50% of students get opportunities. Being History Honors students, we mostly get researcher roles at various organizations.
Infrastructure: Facilities are top-notch. I am happy to say that KNC recently inaugurated its new building. It provides good infrastructure and air-conditioned rooms. As of now, KNC does not have hostel facilities, which I think is a major issue for students, especially outstation students.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and aware of our syllabus. They are concerned about our academic progress. They are experienced, well-qualified, and intellectual personalities. We sometimes have visits to museums also. The quality is top-notch in every DU college, and the same goes for KNC. Of course, it mostly depends on students to build relevant skills according to their career aspirations. Mostly, previous year questions get repeated, so there is not much pressure during exams.
Other: I aspire to join civil services, so I chose History Honors. I think the syllabus is somewhat outdated. Fests are the life of DU colleges, and they are very enjoyable.

Great faculty, improving infrastructure, and interesting course to study.
Placements: My course is History (Hons), so there are no direct placements in this. However, you can independently look for placements in historical sites and archaeological departments or as tourist guides. Going to foreign countries has really good scope here, but depending on the college, this is really not worth the expectation.
Infrastructure: The library has a really good stock of books, a new academic block is being built, new washrooms, new air-conditioned classes, additionally, we also got new Wi-Fi installed, which works great. The only problem is that the AC is not functional in the auditorium, but they arrange coolers, and the rooms are spacious.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent and helpful. The course does not make us industry-ready. It is more theoretical, less significant in the real world, but gives a great foundation routes. We have to study more to get good grades, but passing the exam is possible even if you study just some days before exams.
Other: History intrigued me. The crowd has a vibe.

True story of Kamala Nehru College.
Placements: I had 89 percent but my history score was really good that's why I got this course easily. There are no more placements in this course, but you can do an internship if you want. These are offered at the university level, you can go into the research field as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Although the area of the college is small, everything is placed and planned beautifully, and the infrastructure has also upgraded in the last 2 years. There is a beautiful grand library along with an auditorium and seminar halls with classrooms.
Faculty: Faculty is good and cooperative. Exams are not a big deal if you are studying properly what has been taught in the classroom, that is sufficient to write in the exam. This course doesn't prepare you for industry work and ground work, but it will help you in the research field.
Other: I want a field visit in my course, and a fest happens every year along with Diwali mela.

The professors are very good. The college had the best placement in 2015. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: There are a total of 74 seats in my course, History Honours, and there are a total of 60 students in my class. History Honours does not have any average package of its own. Big companies like Zomato and Lenskart come to our college. 50 to 60 percent of the students are successfully placed.
Infrastructure: My college does not have a hostel facility, but it has a good laboratory and library, and Wi-Fi connection is very good. The quality of food in the canteen is good, and a medical facility is also available. There are also sports grounds like cricket, basketball, kho-kho, and football.
Faculty: My college teachers are very competent, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have also written many books, which we study, and our subject is very relevant, and it helps the students in preparing for exams like civil services. My college semester exams are tough and the passing marks are 40 percemt.
Other: I chose my course as History Honours so that I can prepare for competitive exams through it, and the good thing is that it helps in understanding our Indian history. From which we get to know about Indian culture and its ancient civilisation. My college has very good competitions, and the campus environment is very pure, peaceful, and clean.

Professors are very nice and helpful. Placement was average in 2015. The infrastructure is good.
Placements: Total of 74 seats are there in my course, History Honors. My total class size is 60. Recruiting companies are KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte, and PwC (for consulting and research roles), Google, Wipro, and TCS (for content writing, operations, or tech support), Zomato, and Lenskart, with 50-60 percent of students doing internships.
Infrastructure: My college does not have a hostel. The canteen and medical facilities are very good. The library and Wi-Fi facility are good. There are good basketball, football and cricket grounds. The computer lab is also well organised. There is a shortage of seats in my college.
Faculty: The professors of my college are very helpful, capable, and knowledgeable, and in my syllabus, many teachers have written books which are based on our syllabus, so it is very good to study. Semester exams are not very difficult and the passing marks are 40 percent. If the student has worked hard, he can easily clear the semester exams.
Other: I chose History Honours to understand our Indian history, which tells us about ancient India and its culture. Using the smart board will make it easier to understand the subject.

The college provides really good opportunities.
Placements: Mostly, the Commerce stream gets placements here. But sometimes there are placement opportunities for the Humanities stream. It mostly depends on one's skills to get placed. Many great companies visit for placements. The college holds regular placement fests for students.
Infrastructure: It's nice, actually. The college is not massive but is of medium size. The Wi-Fi connectivity is great, as it works smoothly, and the library has a vast collection of books. There is no hostel facility in the college. The canteen is great too. You will find many Gargi students coming and eating there.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful and have great knowledge of their respective subjects. They help a lot during the course, and the curriculum is relevant for sure. The difficulty level is somewhat medium to high. The pass percentage is usually 33.6%.
Other: I chose History (Hons.) from this college as I got many positive reviews about this course. Faculty is great and very supportive. There is an annual fest that takes place every year in March or April called Ullas. It's great and fun, with so many stalls and activities.
