KSOU is a state public Open University and was established by the act of the State Legislature in 1992, and was brought into force on 1st June 1996. Yes, students enrolled in the KSOU BCom course are eligible for scholarships if they belong to the SC/ST/OBC category. These scholarships are provided in the form of fee reimbursement.
