Read this review before taking admission in KIIT, Bhubaneswar.
Placements: It has a decent placement rate as of now. many of our seniors are placed, and the average package is almost 6-7 LPA. As of now, a lot of students have been placed above 10 LPA in companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. As for the internship role, many students preferred to get an internship off campus.
Infrastructure: The faculty of KIIT is decent, but it depends totally upon your luck, as there is a system of section selection from the 3rd sem onwards, in which most of the students get a good section with good supporting teachers, but some sections are the worst, as their faculty doesn't care about your internals, and also does very strict copy checking. But hostel rooms are nice, and almost everything is good except the mess food, which is not so good. You can eat if you are used to Odia cuisine, but it is a little difficult for me to adjust to this food.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are nice and well-behaved, but there are exceptions everywhere, as some of the faculty don't care about your internals, and also don't care about your understanding. Overall, the courses here are good, and it’s not very difficult to pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course because I was inclined towards coding, and this environment also helps me continue my journey smoothly. There are a lot of options for extracurricular activities, as there is an indoor stadium, an outdoor stadium, a gym, and a swimming pool, all well organized.

The experiences are to be cherished forever.
Placements: About 50–60% of the students in the 2025 graduating class have already been placed. The highest package was around 45 L per annum. The campus is great, but it doesn't get a lot of exposure. The infrastructure is awesome, but you need to be aware of what's going on around the campus.
Infrastructure: The departmental libraries are also very nice: they're peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and they have everything you need. The hostels are also very good, and they take good care of their students. The only downside is that there are strict restrictions on the timings.
Faculty: The semester exams are moderately difficult, but if you know the basics even a little, you can manage well with an average of 9 SGPA. Your luck determines which faculty you get; there are a few of the best faculties at KIIT who can either make or break you in a subject.
Other: Make connections as much as possible and get into societies.

The average package was 8.4 LPA, and the highest was 63 LPA. top recruiters here are Amazon, Tcs, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, J.P. Morgan, Case, Bosch, YugaByte, etc. roles offered ranged from software engineer to web developer, analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus and hostels are Wi-Fi-enabled. Modern classrooms have a central library where students can find numerous books related to their subjects as well as different courses. Hostels are clean and have ample space. There are many canteens on campus. The mess food in hostels is satisfactory.
Faculty: The faculty here is highly knowledgeable, cooperative, and experienced. Most faculty members are from IIT, NIT, and other premier institutions. The course curriculum is designed as per industrial requirements. The semester exams are moderately difficult. A continuous evaluation pattern is observed here.
Other: Campus life here is the best you could find anywhere. Countless seminars, webinars, hackathons, and festivals will keep you engaged and help you develop your personality and knowledge.

Our college provides good placements and campus life.
Placements: There are less students in our course compared to the CSE core branches. Around 100 students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is 8 LPA. Top recruiters are Cognizant, Infosys, Intel, and TCS.
Infrastructure: Our college provides unlimited and high-speed Wi-Fi 24X7. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. Labs have modern equipment and digital studying infrastructure. There is a 5-storeyed dedicated building for the library. The quality of food served in the mess is standard. It serves a variety of food options. It is the best college for sports in India. It has facilities for cricket, football, rugby, hockey, and athletics. Gym and swimming pool are available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them have completed Ph.D. from foreign universities. Teaching quality is good. Exams test the knowledge of the students. Students can pass the exam by mugging up few topics.
Other: I chose this course as it covers core computer science topics and a bit of electronics which help students to gain in-depth knowledge and to implement it practically. This course helps students to get jobs.

Absolutely worth enrollment.
Placements: The university ensures an excellent placement percentage. As of now, many top companies like kpmg, nutanix, fico, Amazon etc., offering packages from 6 to 20 LPA have already visited for the current final years offering roles of sde, analysts, consultants as welk as for sales.
Infrastructure: The university has an amazing infrastructure with full time Wi-Fi support in the entire campus. Classrooms are well furnished and air-conditioned along with smart teaching facilities. The library, housing a large collection of books is open 24 hours for the students as well as the staffs.
Faculty: The difficulty level for the semester exams in our college is moderate. The teachers ensure that the majority of the students be able to answer a major part of the question paper along with some remarkably difficult questions to encourage a little brainstorming.
Other: Campus Life over here is just amazing with varied number of events, ensuring significant break from the monotony of the academics.

The college has great faculty members and infrastructure with good placement history.
Placements: More than 90% of the students got placed from the computer science department. The highest salary package offered in our college is 31 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and High Radius. Almost 80% of the students got internship offers in some companies like High Radius and Mu Sigma. Top roles offered in our course are data analyst, associate developer, tester and business development associate.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available at the hostel and college. However, they were very average. Infrastructure is somewhat moderate. Food quality is below average in the mess. However, the canteen is up to the mark. Medical facilities are moderate, but sports and games facilities are far better than expected.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and clear doubts whenever necessary. Quality of teaching somewhat vary. Some teachers are highly knowledgeable and taught in the best possible manner. Some of them are least interested in teaching and have a poor quality of teaching. This course is highly relevant to today's industry, and pursuing this course would surely help students to get a good job.
Other: I have chosen this course because the course involves both computer science knowledge and system engineering techniques, which includes machine learning and AI. The knowledge of both hardware and software is the best thing about our course.

It is a pretty good college, but you have to work hard to get good placement.
Placements: KIIT University guarantees 100% placements for students. All the seniors in our stream got placed. Students easily get a job. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered in our stream is 40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Mu Sigma, Dell, Deloitte and Microsoft visited our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. There are multiple campuses located adjacently, and it's easier to locate from one to another campus. The college provides multiple playgrounds for badminton, football and cricket on each campus. The college also provides swimming pools and gym facility for students. There is a separate building for first years, so there is no ragging. A mess is mandatory if you have opted for a hostel. They charge quite a lot for it.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. There is a mentor system which helps freshers to get acquainted with the college. The course curriculum is relevant to the modern trends coming up with the technology. They use good teaching methods and conveying thoughts.
