LD college a great college for your learning .
Placements: In the computer department, about 66% of the students were placed and the average package was 6 lakh rupees, which is a good amount for a government college. As Ahmedabad is booming in startups, we get quite an opportunity for internships. And as my hub is near, we have many opportunities here.
Infrastructure: The management is good here but as the college is too old, it needs renovation. Some of the parts are being renovated now at the LD College of Engineering. In the computer department, there is also a supercomputer. We have a real boiler in the mechanical department, which is fascinating.
Faculty: Faculty members are very kind. They are teaching each topic correctly. They are helpful and kind. The first year has general subjects, which is a waste of time, but in the next few years we learnt important subjects which are somewhere industry-related.

My honest review of my dream college.
Placements: There are 75% of total candidates are placed in different companies. The highest package offered by any company is 18 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA, with an average package ranging from 4 to 5 LPA. Top companies include Wipro, Tata Ninja, Accenture, and Infochips. Almost 80% of students get internships every year.
Infrastructure: The whole college is surrounded by so many trees and greenery. The overall infrastructure of the college is the best I have ever seen. Each department has free Wi-Fi facilities and 24x7 electricity. The hostel is attached to the college campus, making it comfortable for hostelers. The food quality is decent.
Faculty: The college follows GTU-approved syllabus. The teaching quality is excellent; each faculty member is highly qualified. Semester exams are not that difficult; they are taken once per semester. This course prepares students for industrial work by providing practical knowledge of subjects.

My view of my college.
Placements: Placement of L D College of Engineering is excellent. There is 4.5 LPA annual average package. Every year, 100+ companies visit and offer good package to students. Every year, more than 700 students are selected. The highest package in LDCE history is 42 LPA. My plan is very clear, and I also want a good placement and good package.
Infrastructure: LDCE provides us with a large campus. Campus life in LDCE is very beautiful, and all students are very humble, helpful, and kind people. Library is also very good. All our campus life and infrastructure are excellent.
Faculty: I am lucky because I got admission to LDCE. Faculty members of computer engineering department are very skilled and experienced. They are humble people. In our college, there is one mid-semester examination, and one GTU examination in each semester.
Other: I chose computer engineering in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) because in computer engineering there are many scopes and provide good salary. I am lucky because I got admission to LDCE. There are many annual events like GAC, Sahitya Sarita, and sports events like Impulse. In LDCE, there are many clubs like Robocon, NSS, NCC, Dhanak, etc.

Good placements and exposure.
Placements: The LDCE in terms of placement is very nice; students have a nice opportunity for placement. The average package here is 6 LPA and the highest package is 28 LPA. Many top recruiting companies, like L&T, Wellspun, etc., are recruiting students; the placement rate for the computer department is 80%.
Infrastructure: There are many blocks in LDCE, and there are many facilities, like the computer facility, etc. The new hostel here is very nice. The labs are equipped with well-equipped computers. The computers are in working condition. The library is good. The canteen is also very nice and pocket-friendly.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified and have PhDs. It has three teachers for 1 student, and many professors have 20+ years of experience in the field. Yes, it makes the student industry ready and its aim and vision are to provide efficient engineers to the nation.

Government college with the best placement and healthy relations with seniors and faculty members.
Placements: There are various roles offered, like program analyst, full-stack developer, Flutter developer and data scientist. There are more than half of the students who got placed in the past few years. TCS, Simform, Zeus, Meditab, Incubates, and Site are the top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: There are quite old buildings on campus. But by now, there are renovated laboratories in the computer branch with high specifications and appliances. There are labs sponsored by the alumni. One smart class with a digital board and speaker-enhanced room is there. Fast Wi-Fi is available in all the labs.
Faculty: There are a majority of students who passed the exams. There are very few practical-based syllabuses, so as per the curriculum, there is minimal relevance to real-life work. Teachers taught curriculum courses as well as guided us in hackathons and projects we externally pursued.
Other: Government colleges have certain big events organized during the academic year.

The major admissions (About 50% of seats) in L D College of Engineering, Ahmedabad are based on GUJCET conducted by GSHSEB. Only five percent of seats of sanctioned strength will be fill up through the JEE Main scores. So GUJCET will be provide you much better probability for getting admission here.

Yes, you can get admission on the basis of GUJCET in LD College and MS College. All the private colleges of Gujarat which comes under Gujarat technical University provides admissions on the basis of GUJCET. Yes, you can get admission without using jee mains score in these colleges. Nirma University,

Normally speaking, colleges in Gujrat accept students who have cleared GUJCET. Some private colleges accept JEE Mains score also.
