Eligibility : Minimum percentage in 12th is 50%. And mandatory subjects are mathematics, physics, chemistry. Candidates must have passed Class 12 along with mandatory subjects from a recognized board/university or authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply. MIT Chennai offers 36 specializations across six courses. They are B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Phil M.Sc.
