It is a nice college, and the education here is better compared to other colleges.

Placements: It was actually a nice course, and we had good batch members. The placement rate was about 60%, and they helped a lot in getting us placed. Recruitment was happening. The package might not have been very good, but at least we were getting placed with everyone's help.

Infrastructure: The library and classrooms were actually nice compared to other colleges. Facilities were good. The food was comparatively better. We had a store to eat at and get printouts, so everything there was nice. The laboratories were also useful.

Faculty: All faculty members of this course were nice. They taught very well. They were friendly, understanding, and helped us a lot in our studies. They were especially good in our branch. So overall, ECE was a good branch.

Other: There was nothing much to share.

This college is good for studies but not for enjoyment. They do not have fests on a large scale.

Placements: Placements are happening at a good rate. About 60–70% of students from my course are placed well. The packages are not very high, but they are good for beginners. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. The college is trying its best to place students in good companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are good, well-maintained, and hygienic. However, some computers do not work properly. In the analog labs, some equipment does not function well. The college food is not good. The college has good infrastructure, a good ground, and good bus facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and helpful towards students. They are always ready to clear doubts at any time. The course is not completely industry-ready yet, but students may become industry-ready before the 7th semester. Exams are tough. Electronics and Communication Engineering is a tough course, but it is the best among all the other courses from my perspective.

Review of Maharaja Institute of Technology, Thandavapura.

Placements: About 40% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Around 70% of students get internships in this college. Roles include Communication Engineer, VLSI Design Engineer, Embedded Systems Engineer, Robotics Engineer, and PCB Chip Design-related work in companies.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi service in my department, and poor network connectivity inside the college and hostel. There are routers, but they do not share the password. Hostel rooms and toilets are good. The library is also good, and all textbooks are available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with good teaching skills. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students get ready to work in industries. Semester exams are definitely difficult. The passing percentage in our department is 70%. The teaching in the Electronics and Communication Department is good. Faculty members are very knowledgeable and teach well.

Other: I like Electronics. There is no grand fest.
