Overall, the college is not a dream college for anyone. But for sports, it's very good.
Placements: Very poor placements. Only a few companies come to the college for placements. More than 60-70% of the students go out without a job. Very few job opportunities with very low packages. Even if the students get placed in any company, there is no guarantee that they will get a joining letter.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Good and spacious classrooms and a big ground. The indoor stadium is good too, and the hostel is amazing. Overall, this college has a great infrastructure. You get to play many games here and can also play in different tournaments.
Faculty: When it comes to faculty, only a few faculty are good and have a decent amount of knowledge on what they are teaching. Also, some of the faculty behave very badly and rudely. Exams are strict here (correction is strict). The pass percentage is also lower.
Other: I chose this course just because I got this seat in the counselling. Other than that, I did not come to this college with interest, and it is just an unfortunate incident.

Good college and placements.
Placements: Software engineer, AWS, interns, product engineer, engineer trainee, etc., are the roles offered. Cognizant, TCS, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc., are some of the recruiters. About 80% to 90% of students in my branch are placed. The highest package is 33 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Service Now, Big Works, Juspay, TCS, and Infosys, only for girls, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good. The classrooms are okay, all are well equipped, but not working, no proper classroom maintenance in the summers, and no proper ventilation. All the branches are clumsy in one small area, the labs are well designed, but some of the labs are not meeting today's needs of software.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are way too good, and many of them are just acting like a faculty with no proper out-of-the-box knowledge, all bookish knowledge, replicated with no proper engagement. Some faculty are too good to help explore the different knowledge about hackathons, internships, etc.
Other: Hellinic and Navratri are organized.

My opinion the best college.
Placements: Our college has very few internships, and placements are few, but placements depend on the students hard work, I think. This year, placements are comparatively less due to AI, so the college should provide additional courses. Its branch is one of the top courses.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good, and hostel food is above average. The college has one of the best grounds in Gandimaisamma, and sports are very good. Faculty members are very supportive and friendly, whenever I feel low, our faculty supports me a lot. Exams are conducted very strictly.
Faculty: The examination format is good, as I know I can write the exam very well. I used to study every day the lecture given notes in the classroom, so I feel very happy, and examinations are done under the cc tv photography, I can write my exam without any hesitation.
Other: Overall good college.

This college is really great.
Placements: Placements this year are a bit slow, but it's okay as they have brought all possible companies to the college. Placements usually were good, but they have slowed down recently. It totally depends on the students' academics and their own skills, so it is manageable.
Infrastructure: The food is good, but sometimes the maintenance work lags a bit. However, the hostel warden and other room-wise facilities are good. They celebrate festivals and also keep Ganesh for the festival. There may be water problems, but snacks are provided. Overall, it’s okay.
Faculty: Academically, the college is good and there is no need to worry. One can join this college without thinking twice. They will be able to completely experience college life, enjoy fests, learn, and improve skills without any disappointment. So, I would recommend this as one of the best options.
Other: A lot of hackathons and fest events keep happening in college, they give you a complete college life experience.

Good placement support, but there is scope for curriculum improvement.
Placements: Prominent recruiters regularly visiting these institutions include IITs, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta/Facebook, Intel, Qualcomm, Adobe, Cisco, Flipkart, NVIDIA, Polaris Campus Blogs, CollegeSearch and IIIT Delhi & Naya Raipur. Including tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, The Trade Desk, Scale, and AWS, etc. Indiatimes +1 IIIT Delhi SBJITMR (Nagpur): Capgemini, Teach Mahindra, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Unilever, Tata Autocomp, D-Smart, ICICI Bank, and The Times of India also come to recruit in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has campus-wide, high-speed Wi-Fi available, including in academic blocks, hostels, libraries, and common areas, as well as well-equipped laboratories tailored to the needs of the department. For example, there are computer labs with updated systems and licensed software, specialized labs, an Electronics Lab, a Robotics Lab, and a Mechanical Workshop. There are also smart classrooms with projectors, whiteboards, proper ventilation, and comfortable seating. The college has a central library with thousands of physical books, journals, and research papers, digital access to e-books and online databases, study zones, discussion rooms, and extended hours during exams.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly qualified with Master's or Ph.D. degrees from reputed institutions. Professors are generally approachable and supportive during and outside class hours. Many also engage in research projects, and students are encouraged to participate.
Other: The curriculum includes subjects that are highly applicable to current industry needs, including emerging technologies, tools, and concepts like AI, Data Analytics, Financial Modelling, and UX Design. Many professors bring years of academic and industry experience, and some are involved in ongoing research or consulting projects. The course encourages real-world projects, internships, and case studies that help in applying concepts practically. The students in my course come from diverse backgrounds, and collaborative learning is a huge plus.
