Decent placements, supportive faculty, and good infrastructure at MESCOE Pune.

Faculty: MESCOE Pune has qualified and supportive faculty, with good subject knowledge and a practical approach. The curriculum is SPPU-based, covering core and industry-relevant topics. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a high pass rate for prepared students.

Good placements and campus.

Faculty: The faculty quality varies across departments. While some professors are genuinely knowledgeable and approachable, willing to clear doubts and guide students beyond the syllabus, others tend to rely heavily on outdated teaching methods and lack interactivity.

Campus life is not very enjoyable but is worthwhile for education.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and student-friendly. They ensure a good education and are themselves very learned and intelligent. The teaching quality is extraordinary, and they also cover topics beyond the syllabus. As the college follows the SPPU-designed curriculum, Insemister and EndSemister exams are conducted, but according to the new syllabus, only end semmister exams are held. The course curriculum is well-structured and also supports self-learning effectively.

Faculty members are the best, but placements are weak.

Faculty: As far as I know, the faculty members are one of the best things ever in the college other than non-tech faculty. Curriculum of the SPPU is followed in my college which prepares the students in a decent manner to get ready for all activities. Exams at the college are not felt that much difficult as it is the one opt branch.

Good infrastructure, placement provided, and qualified teachers.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and very helpful to you even after college. Their teaching quality is also good. Course curriculum is relevant. And it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult depending on the university. But easy most of the time.

It has good placements and supportive faculty members.

Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, qualified, and explain concepts well. The course curriculum is fairly updated and includes practical subjects like web development, DSA, and DBMS, making students industry-ready. Exams are moderate, with a pass percentage of 85-90%.

I am absolutely happy with the faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Some teachers are PhD holders and others are appearing for PhD. The course curriculum is very good and there are elective options through which a person can build their stream and learn that particular thing so that it would be helpful to them in industry. Exams are average. Almost 90% of students pass exams. They also guide students in a good way.

Location is at the center of the city. The placement scene is bad, and students are not interested.

Faculty: Faculty is okay and limited to syllabus knowledge, focusing on getting good grades. The course curriculum is good, but teachers themselves have very less knowledge about it. Exams are easy if you know the concept. It's not a private college. It comes under Pune University.

Best engineering college in Pune.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and experienced in teaching students. Almost all of them have done or are pursuing their Ph.D. There are digital projectors, boards, and PCs for teaching. The course curriculum is not 100 percent industry-oriented, but it serves as a foundation for placement purposes. Semester exams are of moderate level, meaning they are neither too easy nor too tough. The college also conducts unit/class tests from time to time. A minimum of 40 percent marks is required to pa...

College is good but there are fewer placements.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Exams are held very nicely. There is no malpractice in college. The teaching quality is very good. The curriculum is also relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult but not very much. The passing percentage is 40% in each subject out of 100%.

A delightful engineering college!

Faculty: The teachers in this college are really good. Many of the faculty members in other engineering colleges don't even bother to teach, while in Wadia COE the professors do take care that students study well for the exams. Just that the curriculum of SPPU is a bit outdated with respect to current standards.

I said that don’t take admission in any non-autonomous college. First, prefer autonomous colleges.

Faculty: FE teachers are much better than SE, TE. FE teachers teach well. Minimum 40% in each exam. About in-sem, the university changed the pattern (2024 pattern). So, we have Comprehensive Continuous Evaluation (CCE). Sr. Parameters - Marks - Coverage of Unit Unit Test - 12 Marks - Unit 1 & Unit 2 (6 Marks/Unit) Assignments / Case Study - 12 Marks - Unit 3 & Unit 4 (6 Marks/Unit) Seminar Presentation / Open Book Test / Quiz - 06 Marks - Unit 5.

Good college with great campus life.

Faculty: The faculty is very helpful to us. Whenever we talk to them, we definitely get a good solution. The curriculum of the course is designed by SPPU and is related to the field, but we need to do extra to stay updated in this field. The exams have a moderate level, and the passing criteria for the in-semester exam is 12 out of 30, and for the end-semester exam, it is 40 out of 70.

Good infrastructure. A little dissatisfaction due to faculty but overall good placement.

Faculty: First-year faculty of all branches is the best, as they have much more knowledge with profound qualities of helping and lab handling. From the second year of computer engineering, the faculty members lack knowledge of subjects as well as coding related to that. In labs, they just tell us to perform this practical and we ourselves need to perform it ; this is the actual scenario of most of teachers but 2 out of 5 are good ones with knowledge and coding skills; they do tell you each of things rela...

I would not suggest it to take admission in my college.

Faculty: The teachers are good and helpful but very few teach heartily and have true knowledge. They are not that qualified but good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes you industry-ready but one has to hustle to stand out of the crowd. Semesters are not hard but average and one must score at least 40% combined of in-semester and end-semester. Students must score at least 30% in both assessments separately. It's easy to score. Students must maintain 75% of attendance, which is mandatory. Practic...
