The NIT Puducherry GATE Cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds. The most competitive course was  MTech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for M.Tech in CSE closed at 510 for the General AI category candidates during the last round. NIT Puducherry GATE cutoff 2025 has been released for various rounds, categories and branches. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff score fell between 322 to 479, amongst all the branches, M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive with a cutoff score of 479, followed by M.Tech. in VLSI Design with 389 as the qualifying score.
