EEE Graduate from NITPY, it is still developing.
Placements: People were placed with an average salary of around 7 LPA in EEE. Companies like Hitachi, Nexturn, L&T, and QBit Labs came for recruitment. The placement season is not over yet. A few people got into ABB. The roles offered were Graduate Trainee, Data Analyst, and Software Developer.
Infrastructure: It's under construction; a lot of facilities are yet to be established. Currently, there are two boys' hostels and a girls' hostel. One of the boys' hostels is air-conditioned, and the second hostel has good facilities. Mess services are average, and the food-providing service maintains cleanliness and hygiene.
Faculty: EEE faculty are good and supportive, although experts are limited to some areas of electrical engineering, and not a lot of research facilities can be availed. The course load was manageable, but with the advent of NEP, things have changed quite a bit.

Review of NIT Puducherry- National Institute of Technology.
Placements: 50 percent of students were placed in the IT sector.
The highest package as of now is 16 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are ABB, CDOt, Accenture, etc.
50 percent of students got internships from my course and in Lenevo company.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are average because it was constructed only 4 years ago. The Wi-Fi will be there strongly sometimes, and the Wi-Fi will be there very little sometimes, so it is difficult for us to use the internet. The food qualities will be bad.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers in the national institute of technology Puducherry will be more helpful, and the quality of their knowledge is very high, and they are so knowledgeable. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, and the students from our industry were ready.
Other: I chose this course because I am very interested in physics.

All about NIT Puducherry.
Placements: Around 77% of students are placed in our batch this year with average packages. The highest package offered is 20 LPA and the average package offered is 7-8 LPA. This year, Samsung, ABP, and many more companies visited our institute. Half of the students got internships in companies like ONGC.
Infrastructure: The facilities given in classrooms are good enough. There are 10 fans in every classroom with good ventilation. There is good Wi-Fi network everywhere in the Science block where classes are going on. The library contains every textbook included in our course. Hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: The best thing in our institute is the faculty members. They are highly qualified and have a wide range of knowledge in their respective fields. Our college is following NEP, that is, New Education Policy. It has the most updated syllabus. Semester exams are easy only if you have studied in class.
Other: EEE is the best after CSE in our institute. Sports facilities need improvement. Fests are average.

Not satisfied with this college.
Placements: One of the seniors with whom I was in contact got a package of 11 LPA. He was a brilliant student. Zoho, LnT and Deloitte came for placement. Most of the students got placed in the core company. If someone maintains a decent CGPA, then you will get placed for sure. The lowest package was 6 LPAs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available here. We know but every 15 days there will be a Wi-Fi cut for 2 to 3 days. All blame goes to the hostel administration. No sports complex is there. Fairly speaking, there is no scope for sports. Canteen food is overpriced. The library is too small and does not qualify to be called a NIT library.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified but some are utterly disappointing. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are comparatively easy. Almost 95 percent of students manage to pass the exam; the rest are extremely lazy so there future is dark. I'm literally giving you a pro tip: if someone seriously prepares a topic, then in 90 percent of the cases, you will find that you are more knowledgeable than your teacher.
Other: This college was near my home so I chose it for my convenience. Infrastructure, student bodies, and plant cover need to be improved. Fest is mediocre. Campus life is 4 stars out of 10 stars.

A best place to have a quality education along with entertainment.
Placements: The placements are good in our college and most of the people get placed with a decent package. If you have skills, I'm pretty sure you will get picked for a great package. Many top teaching giants, like ABB, CDot, L&T, Ford, Tech Mahindra and many others, visit us each year.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, our college is still developing since it was established only in 2010. But infrastructure development is at its full wing. The classrooms are well facilitated and the laboratories are top class with good technician and scholars.
Faculty: The exams and curriculum are easy to cover and learn, provided a little effort has to be taken from our end. Apart from academics, we have various clubs to develop our skills and we can spend a lot of time developing our technical and management skills.

It is an average college. Do not expect much.
Placements: 80% students got placed in my department this year. The highest package offered was 15 LPA by Abbs. L&T visited this campus. 5 to 10 percent students got internship. All of the students got placed in core sector and very few in IT sector.
Infrastructure: There are only 2 hostels for boys. Moyar and Bharali. Bharli is congested and worse. Moyar has AC and good facilities. The hostel administration is careless. Water is yellow like urine. No proper drinking water facility. Wi-Fi speed is not upto mark. You got to complain to get proper facility. Some juniors recently staged a protest kind of thing then only they got the proper drinking and electricity facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful but they lack the necessary teaching skills. Tamil teachers have awful accent so it becomes difficult for outsiders to process those pronunciations. Exams are of medium level. Start reading before 10 days then you will be among top 20% of the class.
Other: I chose it because my parents did not want me to go outside the state. Sports facilities, mess facilities, in time and transportation facilities need improvement. The authorities are not that active to improve the college. Fest is disappointing. Normally no celebrity comes here. Only local so called stars come and waste our time. Tamil dominance is there in cultural activities .

College is the worst but the seniors are very friendly. Don't come to this college before 2026.
Placements: Previous year roughly 70% student got placed in department of EEE. The highest package offered was INR 13 Lacs per annum and the median salary was INR 7 Lacs per annum. The angel recruiter is L&T. But if you have skills you can crack packages of INR 40 Lacs- 50 Lacs. Don't be demoralized by the average package currently provided. Its just because students are not that skilled. Home state OBC students get CSE at 80 percentile. So you can imagine the condition.
Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure. Sports complex is under construction. Everything is under construction. Collège Wi-Fi speed feels like we are still in the era of 2g. Hostel is utterly disgusting. Mess food is very nasty. If you are from north eastern states then you will be suffering the most in terms of food. Sports grounds does not exist in NIT Puducherry they are still on pen and paper.
Faculty: The English faculty is excellent. But you will suffer in Physics and Digital logic circuit classes. They are bookish and boring X100. But don't worry they do pretty moderate marking. The curriculum is best. We are the first college in India to implement National educational policy 2020 completely.
Other: I chose the course because I was fascinated regarding EVs and Electronics but I chose the wrong NIT. The cultural fest is Le cell which means the heaven. There is no specific scholarship at institute level. You have to apply national level scholarships like FFE, NSP. Due to recent construction activities the campus has converted into a mining area type surrounding.

It is an average college. I would not recommend this college.
Placements: Placements are increasing day by day. Nowadays, the average salary package offered in CSE is 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered in civil is also 10 LPA. Due to the implementation of NEP, it will increase exponentially. Many people here do not appear for placements. They go for higher studies. Our college also has a tie-up with IIT Madras. If you are among the top three students in your class, you will be given the opportunity to pursue a Ph.D. at IIT Madras without having to take any exams.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good, but its speed is not good. The mess food is not good. The sports complex is under construction.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and friendly. You will get personalised guidance because the strength of the class is very low compared to other NITs. Each class has 40 to 60 students. Semester exams are tough. If you are an average student and put in the effort, you can easily excel in the exams. The curriculum is extremely relevant as it is the first technical institute to implement National Educational Policy 2020.
Other: The campus is under construction. The surroundings are not that satisfactory. By 2026, this college will be good. If you are planning to enroll in 2023 or 2024, please do not opt for this college. It is better to opt for NIT Andhra or any old college. Fests are not that attractive. It will improve in the upcoming years.
